The shutters were closed and the view only looked into a courtyard used for the bins. It was very dark, so I had to keep the lights on inside. However that was a good incentive to stay out and about all day. I stayed two nights. The second night was great, but the first night took me a long time to fall asleep because there was so much noise going on outside my door. It made me feel a bit unsafe, even though Im 100% sure it was just people staying in the hotel being loud and dropping keys etc.

I loved the staff!! And never have I ever seen such a clean hotel bedroom and bathroom!! Breakfast was lovely. Phenomenal location.

About 25 min walk to the Duomo square. Parking was cumbersome - you need to stop in front of the hotel and ask a member of the staff to accompany you to the private parking (40 euro/day). Otherwise it is nearly impossible to find an available parking place nearby (at least during the day)

The room was pleasant, nicely decorated, cosy and equipped with the necessary furniture. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The staff was nice and helpful.

Nice small hotel, excellent location quite close to the main station (on a direct tram line, close enough to walk if you have little luggage). The staff are helpful and friendly, and a cooked breakfast is available.

Well located, not far from main Milan attractions. Near shopping area. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and although it is in a busy area, it was quite at night.

The hotel is about half way between the train station and the main shopping area. An easy walk of about 20 minutes from the train station, slightly off the main road. We had a good sized, comfortable room. The staff were nice and friendly, particularly the reception staff who went out of their way to be helpful and informative. There is a selection of good restaurants within very easy walking distance of the hotel. Good breakfast.

There were early morning noises coming from the breakfast area (rectified by closing the window) and some inconsiderate slamming of doors in the morning.

It was clean, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the Metro connecting the main tourist sites, and also to a tram line and to the Central Train Station.

Smaller and more basic room then expected. Breakfast is okay but dining room small and the food is fairly basic.

Great location, right by an underground station or walkable to most of the main attractions in the city. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and couldnt have been more of a help when asked.

Very central hotel by the Piazza Venezia, easy to reach by metro. The room was clean and quiet, maybe the door isolation could be better as we could hear the neighbors tv and alarm. The staff were absolutely lovely, and helped us get a second pillow and some tea in the middle of the night when I was coughing my lungs out! Breakfast was lovely.
