Directly in Bolzano City, simple and comfortable Appartement

Lack of elevator was impossible as my bags were heavy. I had to ask someone from the check-in location to help. Additionally, the written information about the location of the apartment and the wifi and password needs improvement. Perhaps a photo of the apartment building and street would help. Having updated wifi and password is an easy fix.

Excellent service the check-in point. I arrived early and it was easy to leave my bags. The location is 2 blocks from the train in a great neighborhood.

The place is really at the centre of Bolzano, so if you're driving, the traffic can be manic!

This is really a review for Hotel Regina, because the apartments were under maintainence. Appreciated the provider's offer to give an alternative, rather than cancel the booking. We enjoyed the customer service and breakfast. The bathroom we stayed in was huge.

The best room for light and space was the bedroom-it was great. the sitting area was without windows and quite narrow. we did not spend much time in the apartment but if the weather was bad the sitting area wasn’t very good. There is no lift in the building and the apartment is on the second floor so if you have heavy bags-be warned.

Character-full apartment near the centre of Bolzano. Check-in is at a hotel opposite the main railway station. Then we walked a few minutes to a quiet location. We had a free upgrade to an apartment with a lift, which was very helpful. The staff were efficient and helpful.

I was take the keys from Hotel Regina and walk about 300 meters to property. The lady in hotel Regina was very welcome and helpful. We got tickets for one day to all kind of transportations in Bolzano, buss, cable-car, museums, attractions. We found them very useful.

Limited parking options when arriving by car. Had to pay for parking until we were checked in and directed to hotel parking.

Noisy, poor air quality, generally poor value for money. Noisy: sofa bed very close to noisy fridge and air con unit, you can clearly heat the people upstairs arriving, flushing the toilet etc. And the windows don’t block out sound from garbsge trucks and drunk people late at night. Poor air quality: only one air con unit, and it is not very effective. Consequently we slept terribly. You can try opening a window, but then you just get woken up by more noise. Poor value for money: given the price we paid, this was by fair the worst value for money on our vacation, even venice in peak season offers better value for money.

Convenient location, close to old town. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly.

Irena at the check in was absolutely amazing ❤️❤️. She went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. She helped us with restaurants and tours.. I want to Thank her for everything!! The Bolzano card that came with the room was an incredible Value. The apartment is HUGE and has a massive bathroom and walk-in shower. I highly recommend this property and can not wait to come back !!

Check in is at the Regina Hotel opposite the railway station. The hotel appears to be quite shabby and were unable to meet our request to use toilet facilities after a journey. It is a five minute walk to the apartment. The entrance door off the street is badly battered and in need of re-painting. The shabby exterior of the building needs to be refurbished. The worst part is the open air staircase leading up three floors to the apartment. It is beyond shabby and extremely off-putting. It is difficult with even a small amount of luggage. We would not stay there again.

We needed an overnight stay close to the railway station. This apartment is well located. The apartment itself is clean, quite newly refurbished and functional. The air-con in the sitting area was welcome.
