More hangers (only 3) more like 12 would be ideal for 2 people. Squeaky bathroom door could have been checked and oiled as it woke the one sleeping. Otherwise very good.

Views and location excellent. Dark and quiet room, parking and unloading/loading next to room . Fridge very useful. Lots of space. Nothing negative. We loved it.

Cons: Traditional (could be considered dated) decor but this is in keeping with the agriturismo vibe; there is an odour in the rooms. Road next to window, so there is road noise and the beautiful views are marred by an industrial-style building visible from floors above reception. Lovely to visit the on site cellars with wine tasting (extra charge) but the experience was a bit lack lustre compared to other winery experiences we had. Traditional sockets which do not take EU plugs; they provide adapters but may therefore limit the sockets available. No climate control available whist we were there but we did not need it (visited in May)

Pros: beautiful traditional property on a working vineyard, with restaurant (although we did not use this) and cellar visit with wine tasting all on site. Gorgeous cypress lined driveway. Small (unheated) pool in lovely sheltered setting in an olive grove. Generously sized, clean room with high beamed ceilings. Short drive to Montepulciano

Everything! I could not ask for a better accommodation in Montepulciano. The room is big, charming and very clean. Breakfast is ample, and the view from this place is absolutely breathtaking! Plus points that they have their own wine tasting (their own brand of Nobile di Montepulciano is amazing) and restaurant. But the absolute best thing about Villa Nottola is their staff. Their sincere hospitality and friendliness are what I will most remember.

If you want to experience the Tuscany vibe, go here. The villa is so beautiful and the view is amazing. There is also a restaurant with great food. The room is big and in awesome style, but like everyone says, the room really has a bit of a musty smell. Everyting else is excellent, would recommend!

Everything!! It was quiet and our room was spacious and very clean. The staff were simply lovely and very helpful. The food was exceptional and the wine tour was informative and generous. We left money behind in our room accidentally and they sent it back to us via PayPal; that’s how awesome they are - very rare indeed. We just hope we can afford it next time (after our review). 😊

We loved everything, the only thing I would say is the bed we got was not super comfortable, it was slightly hard without much cushion.

The property is beautiful and bedrooms are very unique castle-like, the food at the restaurant was incredible! My husband and I had dinner every night there and food was delicious with very affordable prices ( same with their wines). They have stunning views of their vineyard and pretty lovely spots to enjoy your stay drinking a glass of wine while watching the sunset or just relaxing.

Very unique stay it was fantastic it was super clean. The rooms were way bigger than expected. The rooms do have a particular smell of wine/yeast which wasnt the end of the world but good to know. The tours and advice from the staff was amazing

The breakfast was amazing ,the grounds were beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer, the restaurant was great, the kids that were the servers , were very sweet and accommodating.

The room smelled musty and there was a bad smell which we assume cam from outside where we could smell sewage which obviously was disagreeable. The noise from the road was quite loud because our room was near it.

It was a large, comfortable room on a beautiful property. A very nice breakfast and we dined one evening in the restaurant. The food and wine was very good.
