Very good service, the staff was extremely helpful they were very assisting when it came to getting transportation . Especially, Ahmed Ali who was the receptionist, he helped us get our train tickets and kindly checked on us daily to see if the our expectations were met. I would rate the service 10/10

The bed was very hard. A bit expensive for what it is.

The room was absolutely fine, the bathroom excellent (size and functionality), the breakfast was correct, the staff was wonderful, the location was good for us (not tourists) to visit family in the neighborhood.

The only thing that was difficult for me was the stairs to arrive to the elevator, because I had a leg injury. Other thing that can be fixed is the electric plugs on the reception, two of them were not working while I tried to plug my laptop for working.

The hotel staff was warm and helpful. I had a leg injury and they were trying their best to make my stay comfortable. The room was great and always clean. The breakfast was also very good and with a lot of vegan options.

Great location, near to lots of great restaurants and easy walk into the centre of the city. In the hotel the staff were fantastic, very friendly etc. Room facilities were great in general.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.I left my handphone and when I contacted them, they help me to arrange and send it thru a courier company.So greatful for their kind assistance. Rooms very comfortable and toilet nice and big.Very strategic location 10 mins by taxi to Roma Termini.Many restaurants around the area.Will surely stay here on our next visit to Rome.5 star rating for me.

The room was small. Two women with extra large suitcases (we packed for a month stay in Italy) were a tight fit. Everything else was excellent.

Free breakfast the first day was nice, and price after that was very reasonable. The hotel location was excellent for our stay, and the staff was exceptional. The rooms and bathrooms were very nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. We had a room with a balcony, and that was a nice extra.

a few minor cleaning issues, we found a pot of fruit under the sofa that had clearly been there a little while. and I was not keen on the shower not having a drain cover
