Main attraction here for kids is the pool and jacuzzi of course, also for adults the pool is enough for some good laps. There is also spa for adults only. Room was very spacious and modern, kids had plenty of room to play around. Breakfast and dinner both perfect, everyone got something they like. There is an underground parking (25.- per night) on spot, you might want to book your spot in advance, as the number of places is limited. It is a bit away from downtown, but ideal for trips around Südtirol.

It was too cold inside, it was warmer in the hall than in our room. The staff tried to help, but temperature is regulated for the entire hotel. I expected for this price to sleep comfortably and I did not. I would not return.

Friendly staff, tasty and diverse breakfast, and also the spa is a nice addition. It was also very clean. The room was spacious and had the necessary amenities.

The room was too small, the ventilation of the heating was super loud and it took two days to partially resolve the problem. The city can't welcome a huge amount of tourists, so it was super hard to find places to eat, and we had to order delivery in two nights.

The room was comfortable, big enough for our needs. Breakfast was amazing. We used the hotel as a base for exploring the Dolomites by car, so in that sense the location was perfect - within easy reach of the roads that lead us to the Dolomites. My daughter loved the swimming pool. The Interspar supermarket 300m from the hotel is also great.

Great weekend stay with a family. We stay at Sheraton time to time when visit Bolzano for a short weekends- always great stuff, very nice pool on the roof top, and comfortable rooms. On top of that - breakfast is really nice with fresh juices, chef-station with omelet / fried eggs, nice selection of yogurts, red fish and salami;) highly recommended!

Very spacious room and bathroom, big desk, no complaints. Location on the outskirts of Bolzano next to this highly busy street is not ideal from a touristic point of view, but I had business in the neighborhood.

Room was great for this type of accommodation. Breakfast was fine, you can choose what you want, but do not expect something for gourmet. I used pool in the morning, it was empty with great view to the city and really refreshing. I ordered the parking, but in the end I used parking next to the building which was for free. not on main street which is also paid.

Swimming pool times were a little tricky for kids as one is also planning to be outside the hotel during the day.

High end hotel, just as one would expect. Excellent service and nice little touch to find special surprises for the kids in the room at arrival, and the water and food bowls for the dog (this was the first time such happened).

Location is very noisy, in the morning. Hotel facilities are worn out, door hinges especially, bathroom looks dirty...rooms need renovation. Although there is a policy to have 16y+ and adults only in the pool and SPA area after 18:30h, nobody from hotel stuff is controlling this, so if you go swimming at 21h, do not be surprise to see babies in dypers and small children in the pool.
