My bathtub faucet was leaking but it wasn’t a very big deal.

The property itself, my room, and the overall value was exceptional! The check-in process was very quick and easy, and the staff members were very friendly.

The size of the room and the couch. It had room for another chair and it would have been nice if there had been another comfortable chair.

The hotel location was convenient to our needs, but it was in an odd place. The price of the room was a little high,but I assume they can charge what they want because it's the only hotel in the area. It was a very nice room and facilities.

Better communication. I had called at 630am, Monday morning, Aug. 14th, 2023; asking if where I parked was good because they were going to repave the parking. I was told i was good. But then I was woken up to move my car; that I wasn't parked in a good spot.

We liked that we were on the 1st floor. We liked that they had a laundry room. We have been here before, and we just like everything about this hotel.

I was a little disappointed that the breakfast didn't have any bacon offered, only pork and turkey sausage, which was very good but bacon would be a great choice too. Also maybe add a starch like white rice or breakfast potatoes. Other than that? Everything was wonderful.

Perfect location to be close to Ontario airport. Staff was so friendly, great customer service! Everything is very clean and well maintained. Love that it has a microwave and a refrigerator that can accommodate your snacks and drinks. I could fit my daughter's wedding cake top! Spacious sitting area for relaxing and visiting with friends and family. The beds are sooooo comfy and the sheets are of high quality thread count. Super soft. Highly recommend this property. Will stay again if ever in ONT.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted the smell of the manure outside the hotel. They need to update the TV and need to update to a wireless printer for the business area. During the night we woke up due to banging on the wall. Walls are very thin .

Not really a big thing, but hotel is located in an industrial Park area and you have to go through parked long haul trucks before getting to the hotel.

As mentioned in previous reviews, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, shades were dark, satisfying breakfast, free wi-do and parking, and staff very accommodating and friendly. Originally, Front desk gave us a room that was really far from an elevator, and it was really difficult for my mother who had difficulty walking. I requested and after a couple of hours, was given another room closer to the elevator. But my favorite part about this hotel is the exceptional customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the best was Teena, the lady who was responsible for the breakfast. She kept the dining room clean, and the food trays and dispensers filled, We were so comfortable with her that we asked for her advice on where to eat in the surrounding areas.

Location was a plus for me, it was close to everything, right off the highway easy access.

There were two things I didn’t like 1. The carts didn’t have the hooks to hang my bags! 2. Your vending machine had only one type of water 💦 to buy and it was “Arrowhead” everyone knows we hate Arrowhead water☹️ Please buy Dasani Water it tastes a lot better or Nestle Water is fine too!
