Staff were extremely friendly and helpful giving us advice on where to go. They also helped arrange breakfast for us even though we just missed the breakfast times. The spa was a nice addition and ski room was great.

Great little room, miniscule balcony. Fabulous view from the accessible balconies at ends of each floor. The hotel lights up like christmas cake each evening, looks stunning.

The fact that guests have to pay to use the sauna and Turkish baths was quite disappointing. I've stayed in other skiing resorts and such services were available for guests without any extra charges.

Hotel is comfortable with ample parking space and only 6 mins away from centre. It offers a very good breakfast with a nice selection of food and pastries. The staff were very professional and they walked the extra mile to please all guests.

The sauna and spa were $10 per person but were not private to ourselves so we believe it should have been included in the price of the room.

We booked a family room that was actually two rooms at the end of the hallway that were connected by a common room where we could store all of our ski gear and luggage. My kids are 18 and 15 so this was perfect. They each had their own twin beds (that were not directly next to each other) and their own full bathroom. Our room was very big with a queen sized bed, small sofa and a large round table that easily fit all of us around it. Both our room and the common room had balconies with gorgeous views of the Dolomites. Breakfast was also really good and we had the same table reserved for us each day which was great because we never had to search around for a table.

Honestly very little - the rooms are slightly dated but it goes to the charm and everything else was so good, we could hardly complain.

We had a wonderful stay at Franceschi Park Hotel and could not recommend it any higher. Every single staff member we interacted with, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both excellent, with many options (both for breakfast and dinner, with dinner being 3 courses) and great views from our table - we really looked forward to each meal. The location was also excellent, with bus stops right outside the hotel taking us to the chairlift/base of the Socrepes and Faloria ski areas (the bus was also free). It was also a relatively short walk into town (just down the street) to more restaurants/shops (including Snow Service 3 from where we rented our ski gear). We also really enjoyed the spa and sauna facilities, particularly after a day of skiing, and were particularly grateful for the reception staff who let us use the facilities to shower on our last day, after we had checked out (on coming back from a half day of skiing before our flight). There was also a comfortable and spacious bar/lounge area which we enjoyed in the evenings.

Nothing I did‘nt like.

Everything was perfect so far, very nice staff, excellent food, excellent location, excellent cleanliness. But then a got a severy knee injury during my ski holidays. The staff people were like family to me, making the rest of my stay a real pleasure despite the situation. In my mind, a will always remember this week as a fantastic one from the point of view how people can do good to others.

The only complaint was the pillows were too soft but we were able to double up and then it was fine.

The location was amazing. We traveled to cortina to ski and the bus picked us up right outside the hotel and brought us to the mountain. It was also a very short walk into town. We loved it

Nothing to complain about!

The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the gondola/cable car Tofana (which is a must do). The hotel has a real homey and welcoming feel. The room was nothing fancy but very comfortable with a beautiful mountain view and a balcony. The included breakfast was amazing! The buffet had everything you could want and the staff was great, bringing us our favorite coffee drink made to order. The dinner was also delicious and the restaurant atmosphere was warm and cozy.

Our only disappointment was the food. The breakfast buffet seemed a bit limited compared to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in. The evening meals were good but there was limited menu choice, so when staying for a week it wasn't possible to have something different every night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. The hotel was in a convenient location with free parking.

I really don't have anything I didn't like.

Everything from check-in to check-out was exceptional. Walking up to the hotel, it was stunning. Beautiful flowers, fountain, and surrounding mountains were stunning. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our balcony had an amazing view that was a joy to wake up to every morning. We felt safe and the staff was helpful with anything and everything we needed. The breakfast was also really good and staff were very helpful and attentive.
