The car parking marked spots are so small - find for a very small car. The lift to and from reception from carpark was out of order.

Location is perfect. The staff Amazing service. Lovely cheery feel about the place.

Loved staying here it was amazing! Perfect location only a short walk down the hill to the centre. Beautiful views of the lake from our room and a bonus of having a hot tub on the terrace. The staff were so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was great. We're already talking about coming back soon.

The rooftop has synthetic grass but was all torn up and weathered. Shame to spoil what was otherwise a great view of the lake and mountains. The indoor poor / spa is across the road. Not the end of the world but something to be aware of. At the outdoor pool are quite near the road so can hear the traffic and most seating faces away from the lake.

Good location - close to town but great views from the rooms. The outdoor pool was fine and quiet during our stay. Access to indoor pool and spa which looked great although we didn’t have time to use them.

Key card stopped working and we had to manage with only one key. Luckily there was also a traditional one.

Car parking was a bit tiny. I recommend arriving in a small car. It would be great to have more hot breakfast options but overall not a problem.

We stayed here a few days for our honeymoon trip. The room was well decorated with rose petals and flowers bouquet. Rooms was clean enough with a beautiful view of lake and mountains. Highly recommend. Also a hotel breakfast place with a great view and food selection.

The view is amazing, the rooms are very large and extremely clean. Large bathroom and clean. Very good breakfast and nice staff.

We had a room with a Spa bath, I think we both had in our mind it would be like a hot tub (already filled and covered). We had a little trouble filling it at first, but after we got some help this was rectified.

There was nothing I didn't like but I need to tell you this: The bathroom door is made from opaque glass but in the middle there are some completely transparent stripes. So, everybody in the room can see what you are doing in there. Therefore, you might feel unconfortable while doing what you need to do if your relation is still not in that stage.

the view to the lake and to the montains on the other side is amazing. The room is clean, is big and there so much storage compartments. The balcony is also very big.

The reception staff were amazingly helpful on check-in. The room was spectacular - large with an awesome view of the lake.

Having to go across the road to the sister hotel when booking in and out

Views where outstanding from are room. You could spend a lot of time on your terrace just relaxing. Location was perfect. Great breakfast.

Breakfast could be better and should be improved. There was the same omlette every day, not tasty and eggs to be boiled. A lot of sweets instead.

The location and the room were better than expected, the view of the lake was also very beautiful.

While the pool area is lovely the pool and the surrounding terrace itself is small, with no snack bar or place to get a drink. There was a superset across the road which catered for everything but it would have been nice to.get something there.

The breakfast was lovely, the only down side is there was no variety each day. Staff were always attentive and lovely to deal with. Room was large and always clean, plenty for the 2 of us and the shower area was perfect. The view from the room was spectacular, ceiling to floor sliding doors with a lovely patio and garden area, very relaxed.
