Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The atmosphere was tropical and relaxed within the busy city. The staff was friendly, helpful, and readily available. There were multiple choices for breakfast and the food was delicious. There was a parking garage at no extra cost.

NetherlandsWe had a fantastic stay, one tip can be to improve the soundproofing of the entrance door to the room.
The hotel is located in a quiet street on walking distance of the beach, harbour and boulevard. The superior suite with big bath and luxury shower in the room is very well designed and a pleasure to stay. The additional flower petal service is definitely recommended! The fact that the only the luxury bath and shower are open ‘in the bedroom’ and that the toilet/bidet are a separate private en-suite room is also a big design plus. Staff is very helpful, professional and also speaks English. And the next morning you enjoy a fresh and tasty breakfast in a beautiful dining area.
