The staff was exceptionally kind. The breakfast started our day exactly as we expected. The coffee was from the local roaster, and we liked it very much. We enjoyed a nice view from the room, and the Torbole city center is very close to the hotel. The bike and surf storage was a little bit crowded, but it was fair enough for us. A nice addition is the bike self-service stand. The bed was really comfy, and the Wi-Fi worked all the time without any problem.

Centrally situated in the heart of Torbole, the location offers plentiful and inviting outdoor relaxing spaces. The staff is hospital and attentive.

The staff is incredible nice and helpful. The hotel dosen´t have balconys but a lovely garden to relax in. A bonus is the free bikes to lent during your stay.

Maybe to upgrade air conditioner in room, with really hot night it could get weak, because it's under the window system.

Excellent family run hotel in perfect central place with own parking, fantastic breakfast choise and has to be noted - free bikes to take a ride around lake. You just can't get more in Garda lake.

The hotel itself is aging and could use a fresh remake. The rooms are very basic (kind of remind you of a dorm room), but they contain all the basic necessities that you will need for a perfect stay. The WIFI would drop/slow randomly, though there are two separate WIFI routers that you can try to connect to.

Our entire stay here was overall was wonderful! The family that runs this hotel was exceptional and very helpful in helping us plan our local hikes in the area. The breakfast buffet was perfect! The view from our window was of the lake and the mountains. The beds were adequately comfortable. The location couldn't be better as it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and you get easy access to the lake shore by taking a short walk through a campground that is in front of the hotel.

The hotel is old and a bit outdated, however it’s very clean and has all you need.

The hotel is managed by a lovely family who are always helpful and with a smile. They work hard to make sure the guests have a wonderful stay and we personally felt like home. The location is great for a base and has easy access to the beautiful places around the lake. We would be happy to come back!

Near the house there is the road to Riva del Garda, so there is some noise during the night when having windows open.

Great position in the centre of Torbole, you can simply leave the car there for few days, cause you can walk, cycle, swim etc... There is parking near house with nice garden. Receptionist is very kind person. Breakfast was superb. You can rent a bike for free which is great.

Rooms a bit 70ies like old-fashioned (in our case compensated by a good view to the lakeside)

Behind a camping ground (trough which you have privileged access to lake shore pebble beach), off the main road popular with surfers, really good breakfast, secluded safe free parking, Torbole shops and restaurants in walking distance, good price ratio, kind staff ladies

The shower is a bit small and the furniture may require renovation.

Alessandro and Roberta are excellent hosts, very kind and helpful! Breakfast is amazing and the hotel gives you a family, cosy feel. Roberta also went out of her way to satisfy a request for dairy free products. If we come back to Torbole, we will surely stay at this hotel and recommend it. Thanks a lot!
