Our standard rooms had a bad view, small windows and a bad rooms location

One of the receptionist couldn't help to arrange us a different parking lot, and it seems like she dosen't like her job and all she wants to do is to get rid of us... Though the next days we encounter different receptionist who were much nicer and helpful. And they suprisingly help us. We expected a different view from the balcony than what we actually get.. but its not a big deal after all. The jacuzzi didnt work and there was a leak from the head of the bathtub. The gym isn't good but outside of the hotel you can go for a jogging. But still we had a pleasent time.

Its near a lot of hiking locations, and supermarket (though its an expensive one). In the hotel near the reception you can find a free tasty water with syrup. The breakfast is excellent with wide range of options. The tv is awesome. wifi is great. The air conditioner works totally fine. Comfy bad and pillows. Everyday you receive new towels. Near the spa area you can get free snacks (nuts and banana chips) with tea. The game room is very cute.

the hotel reception staff was very helpful and welcoming. they helped us with very late check in at 12 midnight as due to bad weather there was a road block and we had to take a long route to reach there but they comforted us and were available through WhatsApp and call throughout for any help and guided us through alternate route. location: very scenic and wasijy approachable and good dining options nearby Room: very comfortable with a nice balcony with great view. separate Little attached living room where children could sleep Breakfast: very good and well laid out. parking: ample parking space

Absolutely everything was perfect. We loved the place, it is close to many facilities in the area. A big plus is the family room that actually have two rooms, so there is enough privacy for everyone. Room was clean, personal is always ready to help. We'll definitely come back and advise this hotel to our friends

Perfect location near main bus station and cable car. Very comfortable rooms. Two balconies! The saunas are a plus. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!

The room was very nice. We were 4 friends so we used the Sofa as a bed, otherwise it can be nicely used to watch TV. There is also a table in the room. Breakfast were really exceptional, we liked it a lot. Sauna in the wellness center was also very nice.

Not the best soundproofing of rooms - bring ear plugs just in case Strange "kitchen" area - our apartment had what seemed like it was supposed to be a full scale kitchen but then someone changed their mind halfway. There was a sink, plenty of kitchen cabinets, a kettle and a minifridge, but no stove or dishes to do any actual cooking. A microwave would have been nice.
