The cleanliness is exceptional, and the hotel looks like it is brand new. It is very cozy, and the staff is extremely polite. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Nives ski lift is located 100 meters away, so we didn't have to drag our skis too far. Even though that particular slope is for children, it can take you to the Sellaronda, which is great. Breakfast was good. It had various types of oatmeal and cornflakes, bread, buns, and muffins, along with cheese, ham, and occasional prosciutto. Jam, cream, and sweets were also nice. Boiled or fried eggs were provided on request, and they were excellent. We had parking outside, but we were able to get a spot in the closed garage the day before we left so that the car was ready for the way home.

The owners/staff were very friendly and always smiling and pleasant. They went above and beyond to ensure our extended family was able enjoy quality time together and make wonderful memories. Location is great and the spa is perfect after a long day skiing the sellaronda!

Very nice varied breakfast with a personal touch and nice service. Extra extra plus that you could charge your Tesla in the hotels garage and having your car safe there the whole stay just paying an additional fee.

What a wonderful property!! I really enjoyed my time here, and even stayed an extra night because my experience was just that good. Beautiful views of the village and mountains from my balcony. Great value for the money spent. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast each morning was great. The owner is lovely and really cares that the guests enjoy their stay and their time here exploring the area. She was happy to help with any questions I had. Cannot wait to visit again! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

About a 5 minute walk to main street and the Ciampinoi lift, 3 minute walk to a great grocery store. Extremely cheerful and helpful proprietor. Breakfast was adequate, rooms were comfortable and very clean. Free parking on site. On a bit of a side street so there was no road noise. Very pleased.

Everything was perfect. A nicely decorated room, with very confortable beds, a balcony to take in the afternoon sun with an aperitif. There is garden on the ground floor if you prefer. Location perfect. Family staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Parking no problem. Beautiful region with easy access to (ski) lifts to do hiking.
