The staff is so good!! We asked about the information of the bus and he helped us to call the bus center so as to confirm the time. As we need to leave the hotel very early morning, he even prepared us breakfast and juice. Really really thank you for that. We have a lovely stay in the hotel and the town.

We had a small issue with some clogging in the shower, but we alerted the hosts and they fixed it very quickly.

Outstanding location right in the middle of the old city of Limone Sul Garda with easy access to lots of restaurants. And yet the windows were soundproofed so no issues with outside noise with the windows closed. Everything was very clean, comfortable, safe, and secure. Great breakfast! Easy walk, less than 10 min, to the garage where you have free parking. Host was very responsive to address any issues.

The location was amazing and our room had a great view of the square. The room was large, very clean, and comfortable with all amenities. Breakfast was phenomenal with large variety. Everyone that helped us during the stay were friendly and gave us a smile. The restaurant food for lunch and dinner was great, loved the Limoncello :-)

The accommodation was very warm. Although there were what looked like air conditioning fans in two rooms, these had no cooling ability. It was mid to late October with top temperatures outside of 21 degrees C. It was 28 degrees inside. We didn't want to leave windows open to avoid mosquitoes entering, although they may not have been much of an issue. We didn't want to risk it after being bitten in Venice, where mosquitoes did seem more prevalent . I'd imagine it could be very hot in summer.

Lovely location and great accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast too. We stayed in the suite, which was very spacious and had its own private balcony with a stunning view. The room could get very warm as we kept the windows shut to avoid mosquitoes disturbing our sleep.

Only thing that really could have been better was the instructions for accessing. Only the instructions for if you came by auto were included. One sentence that if you came by boat, you should just check in at the restaurant would be helpful.

The location was great and the view was just breathtaking. And the room was even better than it looked in the pictures (and we booked it because of how good the pictures looked). Also the breakfast was great especially the puff rolls that turned out to have Apple streusel filling.

A couple of issues with the room when we arrived which were quickly rectified by Erol. As often is the case in Italy all the floors are tiled so you can get some noise from other rooms. I would also suggest perhaps re-checking prices before cancellation date, if you book with a cancellation option. I think if we had been more vigilant, we would have possibly secured a better room rate, but we have to accept that booking.com are also making a commission.

Beautiful location right in the centre of Limone Sul Garda. Lovely, clean room overlooking the lake. The staff were helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Erol, Dina and the whole team were excellent. Breakfast was also nicely presented and the restaurant was good, great pizza, as well as the sister restaurant a short walk away which was exceptional.

Great little B&B right on Piazza Garibaldi. one of the little squares in Limone. The room and bathroom were clean, modern, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful view directly overlooking the square which is right on the lake. It was great to be able to look out the window and watch the ferries come, and go, see the mountains across the lake, and watch the action in the square. The room was soundproof and was completely quiet. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Free parking in the indoor town garage was an easy flat walk. (We opted not to take the little free electric cart that runs between the garage and the different hotels in town.)

The only thing was the room was extremely bright in the morning as the curtains on the window were light which made it difficult to sleep. Heavier curtains or black out blinds/curtains would easily solve this - but may not be everyone's wish!

We stayed here for one night on our trip. We found the location brilliant, just a short walk from the port and facing onto the lake. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and everything was fresh and tasty.

Super central location, two minutes from everything. The staff are super friendly and nice, talked us through everything. Great view to Garda lake, very nice breakfast! Also provided us with a parking space and a shuttle to and from the hotel. We really enjoyed.
