We stayed in a beautiful apartment with sea view. Very well designed to have everything you need for a stay: the kitchen had everything to cook, plenty of storage space with a huge wardrobe in the bedroom, a very spacious bathroom with a window. Our host Lorenzo was kind and responsive, he recommended a lot of things to visit. There is a pool on the premises but it was too cold for us to use. Definitely recommend if you're staying in North West!

A lovely place where we stayed a couple of nights, easy check in and check out. We visited a lot of great places like Calla di Cosi, it's amazing. Apartment was clean and nice. Definitely coming back to Sardegna

Checking in was very uncomfortable. I reserved a superior apartment, only because it has a larger kitchen and I have to cook for myself because of food intolerancies. When checking in, I realized that the apartment I got has a much smaller kitchen (well actually the whole apartment was smaller) and it simply was a lower comfort level. Lorenzo told me I have to talk to the BOSS. So I called the Boss and it was a really uncomfortable call for me. I booked and paid for a superior aparment, but I got strange answers, like: - the photos on booking,com are mistakenly wrong and what I have booked is not the apartment what I have seen on the photos. WTF? - Then it turned out, that OK, they have two types of apartment. But the Boss said, it does not matter which apartment I take, none of them has larger kitchen. - I showed the photos, that there is a large kitchen. I booked that one. They said they dont have free apartment from superior type. But they offered me that they will show me the other type of apartment, so that I can see that that is the same size. Lorenzo showed me that apartment (Superior) and voila, it was like on the photos. With large kitchen and with a much more comfortable interior. After about 30 mins of discussion Lorenzo realized that there is one Superior apartment that will be free form the next day. So we agreed that I will spend one day in the basic apartment and the next day I can move into the superior one. From that on everything was fine. But two remarks: - Why do they even try to give me a lower type of apartment? Why do I have to spend nearly one hour with asking for what I have booked and paid for? The key was my food intolerancy and that I have to use the kitchen 3x daily. If I had no food intolerancy, they would not agree to give me what I have booked and paid for? This is strange for me!! - I have seen both type of apartments. And believe me there is a difference! Both in comfort level and cleanliness.

From the second day, after getting over the difficulties and after getting the type of apartment I really booked (and not a basic and cheaper one), the holiday was smooth. Local pools are good, however the weather in October was not really suitable for swimming. You should know that the local shops are not so large. The really good beches are a bit far, but Spiaggia di Cala li Cossi at Costa Paradiso was extremely beautiful and that is only about 25 mins of drive.

Around the pool the area was not well cared for. The lounger were old and broken, there was no parasol and the bigger "sun tent" pole was broken which is a real hazard for children playing.

The manager Lorenzo was very kind since we arrived, very late btw, we had a delay at the airport and he was at midnight to receive us. The apartments are clean and they have everything stated on the booking. The pools are perfect for families kids will love them and they have amazing view at night. Easy to reach supermarkets, pizzeria, restaurants just walking. Few minutes from the closest beach by car. Easy to reach other beaches as well. We could not be more satisfied and thankful for all the support Lorenzo gave us all the time, reachable by phone and WhatsApp even for simple questions. Definitely best decision taken for staying in Badesi.

The view of the apartments is extraordinary; the facility of the apartments is good (kitchen, washing machine, espresso machine, air-conditioners, TV etc.); nice and clean pool! The staff (Lorenzo and his team are extremely helpful and friendly).

Despite the magnificent view from the south-west oriented terrace, we could not enjoy it from 5pm till sunset, since no sun blinders or any useful protections against the scorching sun were provided. The available sun umbrellas were of no practical help because of the strong wind often blowing. Moreover, there is a big dining table with 8 chairs (for max. 6 sleeping places!), but cutlery was simply not enough (e.g. only 4 [four!]knives to be used) and also glasses were too few. We were also missing some sort of cupboard(s) to store food, kitchen paper rolls etc.

The location on half-hill and the view from our apartment No. 4 were stunning: we could see the whole coastline from Castelsardo till Isola Rossa. The apartment and the rooms are spacious and well kept. Very quiet location at night, no traffic to be heard. Nice pool, also well kept. Lorenzo (the manager) is a nice and proactive person. That helps too.

There was not really something that I didn't like, if I would name possible improvements, i would say maybe a little bigger TV and some.cushions at the pool area.

Great appartements, spacious and well equipped. The views are stunning. The pool is wonderful. We had a late flight home and because there was no direct booking we could take as long as we liked. Lorenzo was always around for any needs.
