The location isn’t a holiday destination, but it is very easy to get to and once inside the gates you don’t feel like you’re in the area where the hotel is located. The rooms could be updated and the water pressure in the shower needs to be stronger. 

Very clean property, once inside the gate you felt like you were in a different location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a real positive. No issues with sun loungers and lots of different spaces. The pool bar was great for lunchtime and very reasonably priced.

Upon arrival there were no parking spaces. Unfortunately we were not able to relax due to loud music being played due to a function taking place.. We were not able to get to the pool area due to a function going on. Although this is mentioned as a possibility in the terms and conditions of staying at this hotel and it did not affect us it could be a disappointment if you planned to use the swimming pool.

Check in was really quick and we were in our room within 5mins. Good choice for breakfast. Check out was very easy. This was ideal hotel for us as we were visiting family locally.

Location on a main highway, so perfect for a one night stopover to/from airport

The location was very run down. The motorway was literally outside the bedroom window which isn’t the best view.

The rooms are well isolated from exterior sounds but unfortunately they are not very well isolated in the inside, therefore we could hear what other guests were saying or doing in adjacent rooms, and sometimes people passing in the corridor during the night woke us up cause their voices felt just way too loud. Also, the doors are not automatized with magnetic cards, they still have the old key mechanism and for some reason our room could not be locked. Quite a disservice. Pity.

The swimming pool area is just amazing, the hotel looks very royal and elegant overall.

I thought breakfast selection wasn't great and prices for lunch and dinner was a little expensive. Afternoon chef used way too much salt I love seasond food but it really was soo much that neither me or my girls could eat it

Restaurant menu was very limited (especially for the vegetarians) and pool closed at 6pm. Also, the location was not good so we ended up driving every night to find somewhere pleasant to eat. If the pool opened later and the restaurant were better we would have come back to the hotel for the evening after sightseeing.

Nothing around hotel, you need car (we had one). Air condition can be controled only from reception. We reserved family room with 4 beds, but we were given 2 separate double rooms, since the hotel was full.

Excelent sound isolation. Despite of closeness to motorway, it is always quiet.

We loved everything. There is events next to swimming pool in the evening until midnight. I am sleeping well so for me it’s not a problem. My BF using phone until the midnight so for him it’s not a problem as well.

Wonderful location if you are looking place for relaxing and enjoying weather. Luxury hotel. All details in the interior with a lot of love and attention. For the value of money I don’t think so that possible get better. Far from Naples but if you have car it’s no problem. We was without car. Used taxi from Naples centre (costed 80eur), but in the hotek we stay 2 days so don’t spend so much. Hotel price is very very good, breakfast are perfect and included and for dinner we went to the hotel restaurant. Restaurant is very good and prices are friendly. In day time we used bar and snacks. If you planning in advance without car just take some extra snacks instead of dinner. Wonderful experience.

Upon checking in, the front desk employee took a picture of our passports on his personal smartphone. What if he misuses my personal data? Or loses the smartphone with my personal data? Who will be responsible in case of identity fraud? Please instruct your staff on how to properly deal with sensitive data.
