Since I had been there before there is not much to be surprised and one goes with the flow when the hotel suits you.

I had stayed there before and this is a return after a month, proof that I was satisfied, the breakfast is good, the parking is perfect and very secure. The location if one is not going downtown Milan is perfect at a fraction of the cost. There are several good restaurants around in the neighbourhood.

I would improve the signage pointing to the hotel entry as the surroundings are visually very polluted and the users would benefit from having a clearer signage. It was rush hour when I arrived and the hotel is adjacent to a major shopping center, vey busy and I had to go around three time before I could see the signs that took me to the home. The TV is set to a volume that is somehow low especially for people that start to suffer some hearing loss. Turning it up a notch, it would be greatly appreciated.

Breakfast very good, the restaurant good and at the right price. The parking lot very convenient, well protected and free. The personnel both at the reception and at the restaurant are very kind and helpful the fact that is a Golf Hotel makes for a friendly atmosphere. The room is spacious, the bathroom and the shower are great. And last but not least. Make sure you fill up at the Coop Gas station of the shopping mall, the fuel prices are amongst the lowest you will find in Italy. Yet an extra perk for staying at the Golf Hotel Milano. But I'm not finished yet another advantage In Opera there are some very good restaurants that cost a fraction of Milan restaurant due to much lower rental rates. Try up market Ristorante Zodiaco or Ristorante Cascina Moro, you will have a treat.

No coffee making facilities in the room. Security concerns in the car park. We were told by the hotel staff to be absolutely sure to leave nothing in the car. The restaurant was closed for dinner.

It's a comfortable hotel although it's starting to show signs of wear and tear. Quite clean. Large rooms. Staff were straightforward and efficient.

Extremely basic breakfast offered....for 4-star hotel, this is very disappointing. We wanted to book the free shuttle to the metro station to visit the city but the receptionist was not that helpful and insisted that we use our hired car.

The hotel is centrally situated and can be reached very easily. It is built above a supermarket which suited us well. The parking was free in an underground garage of the hotel

The staff is NOT friendly at all!!! don’t smile, don’t say hi, nothing. Just the receptionist of the last day was the only one polite. And the day I called for an issue of my reservation the person who I spoke with was so impolite that didn’t even let me finish and just finished the call....

We liked that the room was big and close to the outlet Scala where there is many restaurants open until late and also there’s a supermarket that is connected with the elevator of the hotel.

Staff were approachable but didn't go out of their way to make our stay a more pleasant experience.

Breakfast was average/satisfactory. Room was a good size but we had to continuously contact staff to turn the air conditioner on. Bed was comfortable.

Certainly didnt like not getting the discount for people coming to use the hospital - and instead got the 275% increase because of the Milan furniture fair. Most of desk staff were NOT cheery people, and made you feel any question was not welcome. Generally when you are somewhere paying at least double the rate of two days before and two days after you leave, they are friendlier. I even got a comment I shouldn’t complain about anything since I am getting such a good rate became of the hospital. When I told them I was not at all getting that rate but paying their inflated rate, their reply was - oh yeah you are…. I also was a bit distressed the day I was in the room when the maid came to hear her with a bronchial cough - especially disconcerting when you are getting medical treatment. No one with a cough like that should be at work, and certainly not a hotel associated with a hospital. For that reason I did not take maid service for the rest of my stay, but got the cough anyway. The name of the hotel is deceptive as it seems there would be a nice view onto greenery…… the view is to cement, top of a shopping center, gas station and a road. When I asked why there was GOLF in their name they said because they are a few km away from two golf courses…. Found that a little misleading - the name, not the answer!

The room size was much better than expected, and the condition was fine. There was room in the fridge for me to put something’s which was nice. Strange location felt like middle of commercial zone, which it was - but for one thing that was a bonus as it was ontop of a supermarket, which came in handy as without a car, it was tricky and dangerous to walk ten minutes to the closest restaurant. The hotel served breakfast which was a decent breakfast, no lunch and then a dinner which seemed overpriced for the hotels location and limited choice - which made the ability to buy food an elevator ride away a big bonus. Have to say the waitresses and waiters were super friendly and very accommodating. They get 5 stars.

location do not believe the pictures that your on the golf course it above a shopping centre between residential flats this is 3 star at best , never a 4star

Staff at the reception did not care about the customer, he was on the phone for 7 minutes before taken my ID. I had made my on line check in. It would have been so fast to put the call on hold for 20 seconds and give my room key
