The Hotel bar was very limited. There was no real restaurant.

Very enjoyable stay. The hotel is very comfortable but suffers a bit from traffic noise.

Hotel is a bit far from city center. It wouldn't be a problem normally but the traffic is busy and it takes almost 30 minutes to get from city to hotel. They don't have coffee machine or electric kettle in room, and neither is it available in the lobby or bar.

Good size of the room. Neat and clean. Very good breakfast.

Over night, noises coming from the street were pretty loud, and the room itself *vibrated* when especially heavy or fast vehicles passed. Despite a fantastic bed, I could not sleep.

The room was huge and very comfortable, also considering the price. Personnel was very friendly and helpful.

A brief by lovely stay with great rooftop terrace and simple yet spacious room!

As mentioned above, the hotel is on a busy street which makes it tricky to stop your car. You have to unload baggage on a little alleyway off to side of hotel. Honestly, we did not hear traffic from our room and the incredible view overlooking the city center, the hillside and the bay was lovely.

We really liked everything about the hotel. We were in Naples mostly on business. The staff was incredibly accommodating, called us a taxi and supplied us with an iron. The room was incredibly clean though simple and had a great view. I had asked for a higher floor room that was next a rooftop terrace that felt private and had a great view. The only downside: you can't stop in front of the hotel with the car given that it is on a very busy street. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. We'll definitely return in the future - and probably pay for overnight parking.

somewhat far from all facilities: metro stations, city centre; needing to take bus or walk at least 20 min to the closest metro station

spacious room and good breakfast with a lot of choices. Having some nice pizza restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away facing touristic sites

The bathtub was not working and the facilities were quite old. Also, the location is not the best one: The public transportation was very difficult, and it is relatively far from the city. The main options is to catch a taxi or to walk. The walk to the nearest metro station is about 25 min, but the hotel is in the top of a very stiff hill: returning to there was always very difficult.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Location of the hotel with respects to downtown

Breakfast was very nice and more than adequate. Lots of selection. The room was spacious enough and accomodated our entire family although one of our children expressed concern with the bed they were in...they said it didn't have enough support. It was a little out of the way since we were spending a lot of time down town and needed to get ubers back and forth but we only needed it for one night and it served it's purpose well.

A bit of a walk into the city centre, which was fine on the way in but needed a bus or taxi on the way back in the hot weather.

The amount of rubbish outside, I realise does not belong to hotel but feel they should clear the rubbish that stacks up at street side, especially behind railings by closed side door. Naples seem a to shove a big rubbish problem, inside hotel very clean but feel outside should be too

The hotel was fine, so my comment is about the access to the hotel, since the sidewalk is very narrow and immediately close to the street limiting a safe walk and not so easy with luggages.

The location and parking are horrible. The neighborhood in general does not look safe, though we had no problems. The door to the hotel is 2 feet from a busy street and you have to step into the street to get around the planters by the door to go anywhere. Parking is a small lot/garage around the corner. If you miss the garage or hotel, which is easy to do, you will go a LONG way either up hill or down hill to even have the opportunity to turn around and try again. No one in the garage speaks English so transacting can be difficult. The room was average at best...oddly placed wall decorations, very flat, dull color, flat, dull bed covers. Beds were hard and low (something that seems common). The hotel walls are thin and there times when it was very noisy. The pictures in the listing reflect what is there but I did not feel like I was in that hotel at all. One of the more disappointing stays on this trip.

The hotel staff was wonderful. They helped us get luggage out of the car...necessary because of other issues discussed below. The welcome was friendly. There is a bus stop on the corner and one across the street that offer good service to all the areas of town. Know that if you plan to visit the Capodimonte Museum, while it looks close it is a couple of bus stops and/or a good walked up a steep hill across the street from the hotel. The Catacombs, on the other hand, are right beside the hotel, just walked around the wall. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices of yummy foods and drinks.

The Entrance was right of the mainroad downhill, not very safe but very Italian :-)

Despite Covid, great breakfast, good coffee! Location was also good, we walked downhill and uphill which was aprox. 40 min to the Center but nice due to all the sights of Napoli on the way down/up.

The room was at the last level, and every time some train, bus, or something goes near, the floor tremble and feel like an earthquake, vibrating the bed, so not very comfortable, not sleppy so well, so nosy from the cars! The room was nice and clean. Not many choices at breakfast, some fruits and cookies.
