Grand Hotel Hermitage is very clean and comfortable hotel. Good location, 5 minutes walk to small town Sant’agata where is two good restaurants with Michelin sign. Free transfer every day to Sorrento center. Hotel workers are very sweet and friendly. Good breakfast every morning.

A very nice small town, I reserved the hotel few minutes before check in in the afternoon from my way from Sorrento to the Amalfi coast the next day. perfect staff, very nice room even that the style and furniture is not on the modern vibe. the mattress was a little hard. very good breakfast for everyone. don’t miss the road from the path of the hotel to the village Agata….very nice place indeed. I was traveling on April and the weather was a little cold but, there is magic in the air. A very quiet place and a beautiful view from the terrace.

GermanyWe think, that some parts of the Hotel could be a little bit renovated. For us it was OK but our 21 year old son it was to old - fashioned. So we think if the Grand Hotel Hermitage would like to inspire younger people, it need a renovation in parts of the hotel.
The people who worked at the Grand Hotel Hermitage were very lovely and friendly. It was no problem to bring our dog with us and the location and surroundings were very nice.

United StatesThey need something outside by pool like citronella candles to repel honeybees which were sometimes bothering guests. The room refrigerator did not have anything in it to refresh ourselves - water or beverages to purchase.
Very nice hotel with a beautiful property in a quiet area offering beautiful views from multiple points Coast, ocean and Naples. The staff were outstanding especially the pool and outdoor restaurant which is managed and staffed by Toni. He is professional attentive and extremely warm. We arrived after the poolside restaurant had closed for the day and he was kind enough to make some gnocchi himself so that our four-year-old daughter would have something hot to eat. That was so appreciated! He was extremely attentive and made our stay so warm and inviting. They front desk staff Gloria was like a ray of sunshine upon arrival after a long journey from Rome. She was warm and knowledgeable and helped us get our Covid tests required for our flight to return home. Renato was also very helpful and personable. This location offer free shuttle to town and a quiet place to rest and replenish. Good food in restaurant with daily menu and ala carte. Rooms extremely clean and cleaning lady was amazing.

The view of Vesuvio is stunning. The hotel is super clean and has this ‘old grand hotel’ charm. Even the daily shuttle ride down to the centre and chat with friendly driver was very nice and practical.

The view from the hotel room and the swimming pool area was was breathtaking. The hotel is well maintained and the floor of the room had beautiful tiles from the area. My room had a nice huge bath tub which we enjoyed very much after swimming in the pool. Staff of the hotel are nice, especially Renato who was so friendly and helpful and definitely made our stay a very special and a memorable one. We would definitely like to go back to the hotel.
