We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The view and the Breakfast was fantastic staff couldn’t do enough to help you nothing was a problem we had dinner the first night and it was superb . We had water waiting for us and also a bottle of beautiful red wine . The hotel was a good fifteen minutes walk to the beach front but there was loads of transport on hand if you don’t like to walk . Overall the stay was the best I’ve experienced in a long time

Australiavery little hotel info provided on check- in. Location ok, but a bit far from 2hat w3 wanted to experience. No pool - should have checked - it was sooooo hot ( not the hotel’s fault). Rooms not well soundproofed (we had a connecting room).
Lovely view of the bay f Naples. Nice room, good (but a little noisy) aircon, comfortable bed, lovely staff at breakfast in a delightful. ok breakfast but not special for this standard of hotel.

IrelandThe room was a little tired but some of the other floors looked liked they’d already been refurbished so it could be a work in progress. It could also be a little noisy from traffic and events on around the area although it was much quieter after midnight. The hotel is set high up overlooking the bay so taxis are required a lot of the time unless you’re prepared to walk downhill to the bay. We didn’t mind this but it’s a steep climb back up which may not be possible for less mobile people. However there are also some very good restaurants within walking distance - 5-10 minutes’ walk - and there is a small selection of shops close by in both directions from the hotel.
Great staff. All so very friendly. Great breakfast selection with fantastic views across the whole bay from the terrace - from Vesuvius to Capri and beyond. Definitely the hotel to stay at for the views. The new James Bond rooftop cocktail bar opened during our stay. It’s a must for anyone visiting Naples who likes their cocktails and views.

Isle of ManWe asked for a quiet room. The first night was very noisy outside (traffic). They did offer to move us but we were going on a tour and would have had 10 minutes to pack so didn't bother.

United KingdomThe grandeur of the bathroom was a bit faded. The location is not particularly salubrious but it is near one of the Funicular stations which was useful.
The staff were very attentive and helpful. The bedroom suite was lovely. We enjoyed the experience of eating in The George restaurant and spending time in the bar, where we also had excellent breakfasts with a fantastic view.
