We didn't know that SPA would close at 7 pm. We were lucky to arrive a bit earlier, otherwise we would miss it.

Absolutely nothing.

Beautiful spacious room with comfortable bed, very practical walk-in closet and superb bath/shower combo and balcony. Room cleaning was amazingly non-disruptive and all other services were provided in a friendly, accommodating and professional way. The hotel felt as a “cosy warm blanket”.

The shower in the room was tiny. Really really tiny. If you dropped something, you can’t pick it up while still inside the shower and definitely shaving is not possible. In my opinion there should be a different rate for this room because of the small shower. Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, like an old car engine.

The pool area was amazing. Just wish it opened earlier. But it was very nice and relaxing to lay outside in bubbles. The breakfast was also very good and the staff were very nice.

Shower cubicle too small for such a large bathroom - needs a walk in shower to reflect the rest of the experience.

We loved this hotel and the staff were exceptional. The room was large, comfortable and well appointed . Spa facilities looked comprehensive and reasonably priced and the use of the lovely pool was a real bonus in the hot weather. Breakfasts and set menu dinners were all very enjoyable. Plenty of parking and beautiful setting.

It was a magical 2 nights, the hotel is located in a huge park, with Mountains view, the pool area is relaxing and the water is in the perfect temperature. The room was big and fancy, with everything you need.

Restrictive pool hours (10:30-19:00) compared with similar spa hotels. Broken air conditioning unit. Plastic everywhere, plastic slippers, plastic bottles, and a ridiculously wasteful aerosolized water spray.

A nice if generic contemporary style room. Large outdoor pool with trees at one end. Great breakfast. The bed itself was super comfortable.

Sound insulation could be better. We could hear our neighbors using the toilet and talking.

The hotel was just what we needed in chaotic period of Christmas Holidays. There was never a lot of people, the pool area was empty dooring the sunny period from 11am-2pm so we somehow felt alone in a private spa. The temperature of the pools was 32 degrees and the outside heated pool often felt warmer. Location is quiet, don't expect any interesting restaurants and events. there is only beautiful nature and hiking options, with close proximity to great ski areas and old towns.

Very nice location, hotel surrounded by beautiful park. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Excellent wellness incl. large outside pool, which was great for swimming. It iss just a pity the outside pool does not open at 9am as wellness center, but during our stay at 10:15 or 10:20.

at breakfast it took a longtime before coffee was served. On two occasions we left without being served a second cup as it took more than 20 minutes. Also the drinks in the evening took in my view too much time. we noticed that others got more attention and with filling up the wine much larger servings.

large hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool. There’s a small sauna and two steam rooms. At the pool free fruit and water were on offer. The restaurant serves excellent food.

Unfortunately, and this was not really the hotel’s fault, the outdoor pool was covered with dead insects. This made it unpleasant to swim in as I was afraid the dead insects would stick to my body when I exited the pool. Perhaps the pool guards could have spent some time passing some sort of net over the water to pick up the insects.

The feeble and pathetic air conditioning in the rooms. We complained all week it wasn’t working in either of our rooms. The front desk manager Christian told us it had been checked and was fine - it wasnt it was obviously not working! Finally on our last day a lady from housekeeping came and told us the whole hotel had an issue and had a portable unit installed, immediately making the room cool. Hate being lied to by people! Breakfast is a too formal, you get given an allocated table for your stay, which is odd and it takes ages to be brought coffee which you have to order from a waiter. Also fresh bread and croissants are slim pickings after 9:30. Didnt eat in the restaurant as it was all indoors - despite a beautiful outdoor terrace

Location is beautiful. The majority of the staff are lovely and very helpful, especially Elena who works at the bar/terrace restaurant. Lovely park local town, fantastic pools, perhaps the best I’ve experienced. Lunch is especially good on the terrace overlooking the main pool, the main restaurant menu is available, this changes each day and the food is delicious. Perhaps the best and coldest draft beer - wonderful! The whole hotel is beautifully appointed and stylish. Free and ample parking available
