There was some water spilled on the floor, and it wet my sock. Also it was so noisy outside my room in the early morning.

The bathrooms could be bigger. But then that can not be changed, I suppose...

We wanted a hotel near Don Muaeng airport, since we had an early flight to Koh Samuii, the location was perfect and they were very helpful in arranging a cab to take us at 5am in the morning . The previous day, we reached at 4am in the morning, and they were kind enough to give us an early check-in. There are a few restaurants and bars in the vicinity serving good food. The Hidden Backyard restaurant was a very nice place, and the food was just amazing. There was a language problem , however, we used Google translate ,and it was alright.

The signage guide to the parking lot is unclear for someone checking in for the first time. Each room with this rate should come equipped with a kettle, as is the case in other hotels offering the same rate and lower.

Everything was good. Really love the star lighting on the ceiling.

The shower doesn’t have a curtain or a way to not let the water spread out across the whole bathroom so we had to ask for extra towels to keep a part of the floor dry. It’s also not close to the city proper so you’d need to get a cab and pay for toll to get there.

The place was cute and had a lot of facilities available for the guests. The massage chair was a definite plus especially after the whole day of being out. There’s also several restaurants and an ice cream place nearby. The bedroom is spacious and well-stocked, and guests have access to water in the kitchen. The place was also close to Impact Arena, where we watched a concert during our stay. The staff are very attentive, though, and they seemed very easy to talk to despite the language barrier.

Breakfast need to have more varieties.. No boilre or coffee set at rooms.. No swimming pool in the hotel..

I booked two nights.. at first night, I like everything in the hotel, rooms very clean even if it is not big, bed so comfortable, bathroom very nice.. Everything almost was amazing until second day, wi fi stopped and not working.. I don't like cold response from team work, so, i decided to leave the hotel and don't complete my reservation.. I want to give hotel high rate but wi fi issue makes me give hotel only 8 not 10..

For coffee there was only instant coffee, so here an improvement would be nice. At night there was often a certain amount of noise from the nearby restaurant, mostly loud music.

Breakfast was ok, especially the cooked part. Location is not too far from the convention centre, which is why I chose this place. There is also a free shuttle service, which I often used to get to the convention in the morning. There is a nice restaurant with international craft beers next door.

The bed is a bit too soft for me and it kind of hurts my back. Wish they can upgrade the bed to be more stiff. The toilet we got have a sewage smell leaked through. Please kindly check them.

I booked it based on the fact it had a kitchenette. I was disappointed to find it was not equipped with anything, no plates, no cutlery, nothing.

It was very clean and the reception had a few necessities available for sale, such as drinks, snacks, and toiletries.

nothing else close, so not able to go anywhere in the evening, except hidden backyard with restaurant outside. bathroom small. bit adventurous

off side location but relatively close to Impact - cheap and with free hourly shuttle to convention center. bed very good. room spacey, but it's not a hotel, outside door immediately outside and quite noisy. basic location.

There's the noise problem. I got the room on the 1st floor which was next to the staff room plus the place was under construction next to my window during my stay. So, I could hear the sounds of the staff walking, talking, and the sound of the construction machine. I expected to rest inside my room but I couldn't. Instead, I had to decide to go somewhere.
