Two things that by no means should stop your from taking a trip here, but forewarned is forearmed: 1. The sound insulation between floors is meh, and you may hear the upstairs neighbors. Pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper. 2. While WiFi is available, it's unreliable and slow, and cell signal is weak.

Fantastic getaway with good food and outstanding facilities, especially if you're into spa and sports. The location and views are hard to match, even in the Alps. The staff is so accommodating, it feels as if you are at a good friend's place

There is nothing that I didn’t like.

It is an amazing experience to stay at Miramonti. Staff is welcoming, polite and pamper you. The property is excellent in every way, rooms are fully equipped, facilities are well kept and designed with attention to detail. The heated outdoor pool and relax room are unique and perfect to relax, detach and have a perfect time.

Everything about the Miramonti is breath taking and designed to make you feel cocooned in the most amazing way. The staff are lovely, the service exceptional, the food unreal, the vista truly out of this world, the spa and hot pools stunning and relaxing. I always feel a deep sense of relaxation and restfulness when I visit. I can’t recommend a hotel more if you are seeking respite, luxury and peace. One of a kind. Never change Miramonti.

Me and my wife have travelled to many different continents, countries, and cities. We've also stayed at plenty of five star hotels. However - this is the only hotel, which has blown our expectations across the board for EVERYTHING. Breakfast, Service, the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness, the amentities, the views - everything is absolutely immaculate. There were no flaws to note about for the hotel. The hotel literally made the our trip what it is (even though we snowboardde in the dolomites, that was cool too)

the forest spa, easy to retreat and find peace and quiet although it was fully booked, the terrace restaurant, the view very well insulated, quiet rooms, horse stables right nearby, hiking possibilities directly setting off from the hotel, Meran itself and surrounding castles and churches exceptional, vinyards, forests, the lovely staff was communicative and helpful. What‘s there not to love?

No air con in the rooms but we managed!

Heaven on earth. A real treat that we will remember forever. A spectacular location and a hotel executed with such attention to detail. We were upgraded to a room with an incredible view and special wedding wine as it was our honeymoon. There are so many spa facilities to enjoy and the infinity pools are truly remarkable. Highly recommend the wine tasting with Klaus and the forest breakfast! Having three restaurants on site was perfect for our 2-night stay. And the staff - WOW. The most beautiful people. Especially Melanie, Mohamed, Dardan and the gentleman with the glasses at the restaurant! Cannot wait to return here.

No bath tub in the room and could have had double sink in the bathroom instead of one. It is mentioned that the hotel has 3 restaurants which are practically at the same place next to each other and only separated by a glass or wall so we didnt see the point dining at the hotel every evening eventhough cuisine differs. Due to sustainability concerns you need to ask for extra bathrobes or slippers which was annoying for us since we forgot to bring our own.

The location of the hotel is amazing and the forest behind the hotel as well as the historical church right in front of the hotel are nice walking routes. Great variety of options and local product at breakfast. One of the best infinity pool and spa I have seen in my life. Onsen pool and sauna with a view was impressive. No music at sun decks is aslo something we appreciated. Its overall a very quiet hotel submerged in nature. Many ski and walking tracks overall in the area which the hotel staff was very helpful to guide us.

The hotel is great, in an outstanding location and there is an exit from it to an amazing forest trip, but the main thing is the staff who go above and beyond and make sure I feel as if I am the only guest in the hotel. An infinity pool and a clean and well-maintained spa. Great breakfast and 3 great restaurants with fine food. The hotel is managed in an exemplary manner and is highly recommended. Michael

The best reason to reuse a service and to go back to a place, is always the human factor, Miramonti has a lot of it, the friendly faces, the hard working hands, the open hearts and the genuine smiles are the real Miramonti treasure, adding to that comes the immaculate location, the unbeatable freshness, the wonderful nature that is everywhere around you

No air-condition in the room, silent enough to just keep the windows open over night though. Wifi at times shaky and poor coverage in the outside areas. There are three restaurants with decent food, however the differentiation between them isn't fully clear and the menu becomes a bit repetitive when staying longer (last nights dishes from one restaurant as lunch menu in the other next day), all restaurants seem to be catered by the same kitchen crew. There's no way to tip staff when signing bills - only in cash when checking out. I know it's not that usual to tip in Italy but with an international audience this is depriving staff of quite a bit of income.

Fantastic hotel with an amazing location and view over Meran, we really enjoyed our stay. Very helpful and friendly staff, impeccable service at all times. Nice room with a view and a spacious clean bathroom. In general good food, really appreciated the afternoon coffee time with homemade cakes as a perk. Fantastic breakfast. Great pool with a view.
