The design of the room itself didn't feel very "comfy", perhaps slightly sterile (maybe it could use a rug 🤔)

I loved being close to the Vatican and the undeground so localisation is a huge plus, the service was amazing, cleanliness was top notch, the way you enter the apartment through a secluded courtyard is very cool and certainly makes you feel more comfortable and safe, the design of the entire complex is quite nice. Finally: service once more (very kind, helpful and accommodating)

My floor in between the elevator stops, difficult with luggage on the stairs; an electrical coffee machine would be great- for me the mocha pot isn’t an option. Also, in my opinion, a bottle of water in the room would be a nice gesture at least at the arrival day.

The yard is beautiful, the kitchen well equipped, very spacious inside the apartment , good quality the brand of soap and shampoo. The staff is very helpful, even if it was difficult sometimes to understand each other in English 🙂Google translation was helpful

The apartment is perfectly located close to the Vatican. It is a well equipped and stylish flat. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We were delayed in checking in, but the manager kindly met us at the entrance, even though the reception desk was already closed by hotel policy. We are very grateful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Recommend.

Air conditioning did not cool. Was not that hot outside and I could open door for fresh air - so it was OK.

The bed could have been a little softer for my liking.

The unit had everything I needed for my stay and although the property is not in the old centre of Rome, it is so easy to get everywhere you want to go by Metro or bus. The receptionists, Ariella and Andrea made the stay extra special.....so lovely and helpful.

Great, quiet place, close to metro station. There is local a supermarket nearby, a bus stop, quite a lot of restaurants (although most of them were closed in August when we visited). Also Andrea at the reception was super nice and helpful! Great job!

-i was expecting the kitchen to be better equipped (salt, pepper, oil etc) -be careful when using the iron on light colored clothes

-located in a quite, safe neighborhood -just a few minutes walk from Vatican -lots of restaurants, cafés, markets in the area -metro + bus station were in proximity -quiet room and very spacious -super friendly staff

- our room was really dark :) so if you like very bright, full of sun spaces you might not feel very comfortable

- big supermarket at the same street (it was open every day) - it was quiet - about 10min by foots from Vatican Museum entrance - excellent restaurant about 5 min by foots: Il Colibri - about 8-10min from metro station: Ottaviano - comfortable bed - overall we really enjoyed stay here

The room was mostly great, however there were noticeable amounts of black mold on the walls and light coverings, especially in the bathroom. The paint is also beginning to droop/detach from the ceiling due to moisture.

Location is excellent. Within walking distance of the Vatican and other attractions and within walking distance of metro/bus lines to get you anywhere else. The reception staff is very friendly and accommodating. They scheduled shuttles to and from the airport and entertained my questions about where to eat and how to get to certain locations. The room is sufficiently sized and comes with a fully stocked kitchenette. There is a grocery store right down the block, which is very convenient.

There was no downside to my check in. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and even helped by providing good recommendations of things to do while I waited for my room.

Check in was seamless and easy. Upon arrival, I met with the receptionist who confirmed my details and issued my room key. Although the room was not ready until 14:00, I was able to leave my luggage at reception whilst my room was prepared.

A couple of complaints that didn't bother us so much but I think they should get it easily fixed: On the couch there were no pillows so it hasn't been the most comfortable couch in the world. TV cable was really strange, a lots of channels but nothing normal, no RAI channels, no sports channels.

Location was great, close to the Vatican and metro station that connects you to the other parts of the Rome. Stuff was super friendly, they helpped us with booking the transportation from and to the Ciampino airport and comunication through booking.com was great and they were fast in responding to my questions and requests. Cleaning of the rooms was every single day, so the apartment was super clean every time we came back from the city tour to the accommodation.
