The room was dirty everything was very dusty I had to wipe everything down when we got there there was burn holes in the sheets and blankets stains on the wall what looked like black mold coming through the ceiling there was dirty stained wash rags and towels in the bathroom and what was in there was not enough there was only two towels and there was four of us saying there and only one wash rag. The air conditioner was loud and made a lot of noise. The windows were very dirty. Not everything was accessible the plug-in such as the lamps that were already in the room. And the Continental breakfast was not up to par only offering waffles and cereal. And one of the days they did not have coffee ready, and did not have milk for the cereal.

We like the location considering what we go to do there for fishing. Bait shop across the street right down the road from a Love's truck Stop which is convenient, and write down the road from the damn where we go fishing. Location is key.

Our room was a non smoking, because I have asthma and can't even handle the smell of smoke. Someone in the room over, was also in a non smoking room, but it didn't stop them. When we got to the room, it was fine. We woke up about 4am, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. Talked to the front desk clerk, and we weren't the first to mention this. It was known that the person next to us, was smoking in a non smoking room. However, they were paid up for a few days, and couldn't do anything. We booked the hotel with a couple family members. They were in a room above us. The room they booked was absolutely disgusting and had nasty carpet. Obvious signs of bed bugs also. We were in a room that they just finished remodeling. I'd imagine if you get the remodeled rooms, it'll be fine. Every other hotel in the area was full. Had to just settle for them. Our room was great, up until the smoke started getting to us. They got their money back and decided to just drive home for the night, about 3 hours away. Appears the hotel has a lot actually living in it as a permanent residence. Remodeled rooms seem ok, but I'd still be cautious about the cleanliness of the rooms, if that really gets to you. Even the remodeled rooms may go down hill soon enough. Likely won't come back to the hotel, if I can avoid it.

Actually was clean, and cheap. It served it's purpose. Sheets were stained, but it's a cheap older hotel. Expectations weren't exactly high. Sheets were clean, all I really cared about.

Room was filthy. Bathroom was damp and smelled moldy. BUGS. Bed felt like the mattress was super old. TV didn't work. A room on the first floor was flooding and water was on the sidewalk and flowing into the parking lot.

When we got their it was very run down and old looking inside and out. We went to our room and there were dead bugs all over the place. We stayed and thought they would clean the room the next day. We did not see anyone the first week, so we bought a broom and cleaned it up our self. I went to breakfast the second day we were there and there was nothing that I liked and very little of anything to offer. So we didn't go back. The second week we were there We had a nice lady come by every day to ask if we needed anything and was able to get us what we needed. But we had very little WFI. the second week we were there.

I liked the size of the room. It was close to the park and some food.

It was very ran down and there was black mold in our room and the door was sprung and the vent at top of door stayed open so you could hear the outside!

The room had a shower head that came up to my boobs when I was standing up right. I guess Friday nights are remodeling nights, because somebody was hammering for a while!!!

The room was very clean for a budget hotel, housekeeping staff is great. The shower curtain didn't smell clean and the towels were clean but had lots (lots) of hair in them. There were a few bugs (1 roach and several stink bugs, not bed bugs). Nothing I was worried about taking home with me after a good shake out, but had there been more roaches there would have been more concern.

Good budget hotel. You get what you pay for and I've paid a lot more for a lot worse. Check in staff was super friendly and welcoming. She was the only staff member I ended up interacting with Mostly quiet. Relatively comfortable room and bed.

Roaches, broken toilet seat, sheets had burn holes, pillows way over stuffed, poor shower spray, hot water could be hot.

Amber who checked us in. I give her 5 stars. She was a lovely woman. I enjoyed talking to her. A problem with my bill, no fault of the motels, Amanda was on top of it.

Staff was not real pleasant ams when we stayed a 2nd day made us move rooms. 2nd rm was not as nice as 1st.

TV service was great. Free cable and HBO plus Air Play on the TV in rm 253 (requeat 253 when u boom) room is large and good TV. Microwave and mini fridge.

Pretty old and outdated rooms. Carpet had stains and looked pretty dirty. Can’t really complain though for the price.

This property is in bad shape. We arrived and most of the place is shut down except 1 building. That one building is infested with roaches, there were holes in the walls and ceiling along with tape on the window! I would not let my dogs stay in that place. The sheets and dust ruffle were dirty (not sure what was on the bedding but the dust ruffle was covered in dead skin and nail clippings! GROSS!! We were booked for several nights but did not/could not stay there at all, not even one night. Also, their "free wifi" is only available on one side of the building so we could not access that even. When staff was alerted to bug issue we were offered a can of bug spray to use because they said the exterminator had sprayed that day which the roaches did not like. Overall, I think the place should be torn down and start again because it is not fit for lodging.

The staff was pretty nice. It seems like they are a bit oblivious to the issues or they are used to the circumstances, but everyone was pleasant. I am sorry to give such a bad review because the staff was very courteous but if I can prevent anyone else from going through that nightmare, I must.

Would have preferred a heavy blanket option. I arrived past 2 a.m., and didn't think to ask front desk. So I just wore a sweater. That's doable.

As a fan of classic, pull up and enter from the outside motels, I specifically sought this one out over many others. The newer walk inside, and because-of-insurance-reasons unopenable windows, mainly a USA drawback, just are horrific. Decades of the highest ritzy hotels in 30 countries on the corporate dime, and I prefer the classic motel. Huge window that you pull the curtain over. Step right out. Peaceful lake vicinity location. Really nothing around, so bear that in mind.

everything it was nasty

when we arrived the first lady acted as if we didnt belong there and she kept chaning stuff on the room then we get to the room not to mention it looked as if it was a home for crack heads if anyone needed any type of a drug you could have found it there our room was not clean at all the keys from the last people was still in the room as well as a dirt bed trash in the trah cans used towels on the bathroom floor and mind you this was a holiday weekend it was so scary i didnt feel safe as to walk to my car the pics online doesnt match to what the hotel looked like thank goodness we was able to leave and get a room else where i also took pics to proof everthing as we arrived
