Breakfast was minimal in selection choices but plentiful amounts. Location was excellent, 2 very safe blocks to walk make a right turn and you are at the beginning of a lovely historic town.

We stayed there for a weekend and we were delighted, the location is perfect but the house it self is beautiful and comfortable you will not anything during your stay. We were greeted with delicious local products and were delicious we will definitely return thank you for everything.

Shower was small but for normal person should be fine, just we have a disabled daughter and need to help her shower so it was a little tight for two people.

Location was excellent. Easy enough to access the national roads and highway with car but so central we could walk in the old pedestrian part of town so easily. Bonus to have a safe car park in such a central location. Host was amazing. Helpful, welcoming, generous. Everything you need is in the apartment.

This is definitely a magnificent place to stay when in Alb or indeed Piedmont. Savio is the host with the most and his generosity was extraordinary and including a surprise box of cookies on day 4. The apartment is very well equipped and everything works well. The car park is off the street and right next door. Whilst a quite location you can easily walk into the town centre. Just a magical experience.

Convenient location to the center of town. perfect for a family with one child - separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living / kitchen. Clean and bright. Well stocked with breakfast items. Responsive and welcoming host who responded promptly. Free parking downstairs.

I'm not used to reporting my experiences related to the many trips that my wife and I take, but I couldn't stop praising how well we were treated by Savio. The apart is very comfortable, clean and has all the amenities a couple needs. Upon our arrival we were presented with various fruits, mineral water, wine, yogurt and so on. After the second day we were served different types of croissant. All very tasty! We want to thank so much kindness and education with the guests. Congratulations! As sure we will repeat this wonderful accommodation. Many thanks Savio.

The only negative was the very unfriendly cleaning staff who made their dislike very clear when we came back to pick up our bags for a late checkout that the host had kindly allowed. But the property is superb and we would stay here again.

The location is unbeatable .. minutes from the International Truffle Fair, the best restaurants La Piola, Eno Club, Il Vin.. we could walk everywhere with ease. The private parking was a big plus. Savio is a wonderful helpful host. The apartment was stocked with fresh fruit, milk, wine for our use.

On arrival the host had provided lots of beautiful pastries and a bottle of wine. There was lots of bottles of water provided and the fridge was stocked with juices, meats, cheeses, yogurts etc as well as toasting bread and other nice snacks. The apartment is easy to access via a code, is in an extremely quiet area but also very close to Alba centre. Parking was next door in a spacious private courtyard. The host also recommended some restaurants which turned out to be absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended to stay here.

Cute bright apartment and the best stocked apartment we have ever stayed in. Host was very helpful and responsive and gave us great recommendations. The kitchen was stocked with amazing coffee, welcome wine and nuts, water, juice, milk, condiments, yogurt, fresh fruit and pastries. We would have loved to stay a little longer and would definately recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

It was the best holiday home I have ever stayed in, fully equipped with everything, clean and tidy, free parking. the owner savio had thought of everything, prepared all the ingredients for our breakfast and gave us hazelnuts and wine. He also gave us lots of recommendations for local activities and restaurants, very attentive.

Best location to reach most of Alba's best restaurants and sights. I will come back every time I'm in Alba. Everything is in great condition and the host is very nice and helpful.

This is by far the best apartment we ever rented. Savio is a really kind and helpful host. The apartment is located close to the city center and everything you need is in walking distance. The rooms are very lovely and clean and you feel completely at home there. Everything's taken care of and you can just lay back and enjoy Alba. When you go there and meet Savio, it feels like visiting a friend. It's more than just a rental. Highly recommend!!!
