We never had such a nice time in any hotel. We felt like we are in our home. It’s wonderful to see how the family is dedicated to their work and the satisfaction of their guests is their first priority. I hope we will come back again.

The staff was always super nice and available. The room and the pool were beautiful and the SPA area was even better. The environment inside the hotel feels familiar but also what you expect from a 4 star superior. Overall the experience was great!

Actually I loved everything, but they can be better if the add bidet inside the toilet and they put more comfortable bed and pillows.

Honestly the photos in booking.com does not give the true impression about this hotel. It’s much better in reality. The food is excellent, the spa and swimming pool are the best , the staff are very friendly and very professional. Coming in winter and experiencing to swim while the snow is surrounding you is worth coming to this place. It’s very safe place , I forgot my car key inside the car for a full night and doors were open and no one bother even to get close to my car.

I missed a salad buffet, but the food was delicious! Some dishes were worthy of a Michelin star.

This is a hotel that is very well run by its owners. Friendly staff, good service, good breakfast, excellent dinner and nice wines. We are spoiled and this is one of the best hotels we have been to. An example of the quality is that the cappucino at breakfast is made by hand and does not come from a fully automatic machine. We booked one of the suites. If possible, I would go for it. That was a really nice room.

We had an unforgettable time staying in this wonderful hotel. Located right in the hearts of the Dolomites this hotel offers everything you can ask for. We stayed in a junior lake suite with our dog and it was a relaxing and fantastic experience. We went hiking around the hotel and the nearby area in the Val Pusteria. The hotel is run by the family Peintner and the atmosphere of the hotel is characterized by the family’s cohesion. You feel pampered the moment you set foot into the hotel. The staff and family’s hospitality are exceptional. The hotel, its location and the food are amazing. The hotel also offers an excellent wine selection and Andreas, the sommelier, radiates its passion and excellent knowledge for the wine. When being introduced to the wine, it’s like listening to some poetry. We were fascinated by and thoroughly enjoyed Andreas’ wine knowledge. The wellness area is absolutely worth a visit. You have three saunas to choose from and the relaxation area is comfy, cozy and heart-warming. Cold water, teas and fresh fruit are being provided. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but free to stay in your room (they provide you with a sign to put on the door so the staff knows your pup’s inside) and always welcome in the cozy bar and the balcony overlooking the green lake and the swimming pool. We are grateful for the unforgettable memories we could make at the hotel. Thank you dear Family Peintner and staff! 💜😅 Anne, Frank & Theo🐶

Weiher city and area does not have much lighting for evening walks. Would be nice to get access to the next door lake.

We were travelling with a 2 year old and i would not recommend the hotel for families with small children ( they are all very kind and available but there are no kid areas inside and the customer base and I think target are not families - I was aware of that when booking but did not feel like going to a family hotel) I wish there were more games in the common area to mingle and play after dinner/in the afternoon ( cards/chess, etc.)

The property is very nice, common areas are all refurbished, staff very kind , food was excellent and they had an exceptional wine list. The room was large, well equipped and comfortable. Nice SPA area

The rooms have room for improvement - the mattress could have been more comfortable and noise from other rooms/corridor can be heard easily.

I loved the dinners, which were exquisite, and the pool and spa. The staff was very kind.

Only MINOR things (that you wouldn't normally expect to find at a hotel in this price range), but nothing that can cause any real inconvenience: - pillows could be better & more comfortable; - you cannot adjust the temperature in your room, you need to talk to the receptionist about this; - sauna area of the spa lacks some orientation and useful information for customers (restrictions, etc.); - no hands wash basin in the small toilet-seat room (always annoying...).

Staff is very kind and polite. Cleanliness is flawless. Breakfast might seem pretty basic, but everything that's available is premium-quality. Dinner is an amazing experience, similar to what you get in a Michelin-starred restaurant: awesome food courses with great wine pairing recommendations (even the beer from one evening was very well suited to the food). Great pool area (indoor & outdoor). Great massage professionals at the spa area. Good location (easily enough to access), beautiful views & surroundings.

The food was outstanding. 7 substantial courses every evening with subtly varying themes e.g. austrian, northern italian etc. Great wines to match and fantastic breakfast. Pool, wellness and all-round service were also top notch.

The location for winter sports is not ideal, have to drive or pay for a bus service. Would have liked to see better selection of teas for breakfast and maybe a soup or a small salad for the afternoon snacks

The masseuse was amazing!! Best massages ever. The dinners were particularly good with a lot of variation and creativity, and good wines. heated outside pool, great atmosphere in the winter with the snow around

Absolutely stunning place. The staff is incredibly friendly also with small kids, food, just insane. Every time we did something at the hotel it exceeded expectations. Worth every penny.
