Beds were not so comfy but good sheets.

We got a nice surprise when we arrived as we ended up being upgraded to another room at the Valserhof due to maintenance on ABIS. The room was beautiful and spacious recently renovated, spa/pool relaxing, had a gorgeous mountain view, shower/bathroom space was awesome and the buffet breakfast was the best!

Great hotel with nice spacious rooms ( it was our second stay already). Nice breakfast with a good choice offering. They also cook eggs on the spot to your liking. We has half board and their diner is always very nicely prepared and very tasty. Nice sauna area. Very convenient for skiing, when there is enough snow (like this season) you can ski up to 50m from the hotel. Practical skiroom as well. Personal very kind and helpful.

We was impressed by the large, freshly renovated, clean and stylish room. The bed was very comfortable. We had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. Loved the spacious shower. In the afternoon, the hotel offers the use of a modern and stylishly equipped SPA area with a Finnish, Turkish, IR sauna, a rest area and an outdoor area for sunbathing. Tea is available. A nicely arranged indoor pool is available all day, in which you can swim without any problems. The rich breakfast buffet offers a large selection of salami and cheeses, fruits and vegetables, jams and spreads, and other side dishes. Delicious coffee is from a machine that is available 24/7. Dinner 5-course menu, you can choose between meat or vegetable dishes. Overall very tasty food, big kudos to the chef and the rest of the staff. Meals are prepared from quality and healthy ingredients. Valles is more tourist-oriented. At the hotel, you will be given a South Tyrol Mobilcard, with which you can use the nearby cable cars and as well as local bus and train transportation free of charge. We have already recommended visits to ABIS Dolomites to our loved ones. We want to visit it again ourselves

The Spa was only open from 15:00 - 19:00. My husband and I were always hiking during this time and we could not enjoy it. We thought the dinner was included (poor communication from the hotel), but it was not and quite expensive.

The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was great! I loved that you had an included ticket to the Seilbahn/Cable Car. After check-out, we took the cable car to the beautiful restaurant on the top of the mountain and had lunch with the view of the dolomites.

The room was dated and a little "naked" for its size. It could do with some TLC and decorations with a modern interior to match the hip mountain styling of the lobby and sitting area's. Unfortunately on one of the windows the curtain was missing to darken our room. I expected more for the money spent.

The big bathroom and the balcony with mountain view. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities of the Hotel were excellent. It pays off to book half board as the 4 course dinner was fantastic.

Hot water in the shower runs really slowly, no hooks for towels.

The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is excellent with vast food selection. Quiet area, perfect for a nice rest. The hotel provides also the card (pass) for the cabin lift and museums, which was really great. Large and comfortable parking place, storage room for bikes.

The stuff was not always being able to explain food at dinner time. Swimming pool open at very short hours - after skiing you had literally 1 hour to use it (7pm closing) It lacked of the nice mountain atmosphere - it was a bit of staff not being involved and present, it was more of manufacturing resort.

Breakfast - very good selection. Beautiful location. Good size of rooms and nicely done. Swimming pool - good addition to property.

I was trying to move by booking dates 3 times and always got negative response saying "no free rooms". Meanwhile I was checking availability for new date - hotel has a lot of options. So they didn't want to help customer and just lied.
