Good place but every night there’s loud people banging on doors or speaking loud around in front of rooms

The windows and blinds were dusty, bathroom had hair in the tub, remote control was sticky and didn’t work properly.

Filthy room, trash in night table, sticky surfaces. Unswept floor, dirty stained walls never wiped down. Beds are comfortable and pillows perfect.

Location & price. Early checking accommodations cost $10 per room. Never had to pay for an accommodation before. Dirty in a lot of areas. (See photos attached). Musty smell. Furniture were outdated, fridge, coffee maker & microwave were dirty, burnt marks (needs replacements). Trash left underneath beds. No closet with hangers. Sink was in a weird place on the carpet on entrance. Counter was too high with high sink was inconvenient & uncomfortable for shorter folks & young kids. The pictures were deceiving.

Location & price was decent, but as arrived, we see why it was cheaper than most places.

The man at the front desk was rude and made me feel a bit uncomfortable. He said something about charging my card twice even though I had prepaid through booking.com. He said oh I won’t but just assume that I did.

The distance from other things was good. That was about it.

There were a lot of sketchy people walking around the motel they kept us up most of the night with the sounds of knocking of the room door every 5 mins there was another person knocking on the door. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night which woke up all my family and took sometime to settle the kids after that. Overall it was cheap and you get what you pay for.

Location was close to beach access and aquarium. Large room for the whole family.

Could have been cleaner. The toilet seat could have fit the toilet and had both screws. Could have had enough towels for the amount of people staying. Could have had fitted sheets. The bed and pillows were so UNCOMFORTABLE.

front counter was a bit confusing with card and not wanting to take my husbands card since the reservation was not in his name. we had to go to an atm to leave cash for the deposit. was told I would get the amount back at check out. when I was checking out at about 10 am the office was closed and the service bell was not being heard so I called and told the lady I spoke to that I was checking out and needed my security deposit back since it was cash. she wanted me to come back at a later time. I told her I was going out of town that I could not go back . she then stated I go to the front office and she would help me. I was at the front office and saw her coming out of the back of where I was ringing the bell. it felt like more of an inconvenience I was checking out early and her sleeping. this made the experience crap with this service.

Overall room didn’t look like it was cleaned. Sheets on bed were from previous guest, used wet washcloth left behind in shower and made bathroom smell horrible, surfaces and floor were not cleaned. Mattress protectors need a wash ASAP.

No housekeeping? Really? Room was serviced Mon/Tues/Wed. (We stayed for a week). That was it. Finally raised a stink on Saturday, and someone showed up. No closet, outlets didn't work, hair dryer (x2) was broken...

Breakfast not included. Location was pretty good.

When we checked in the gentleman at the counter was unprofessional in that he appeared to be having his dinner in the next room over and you could hear conversations and dishes, it was as if we were interrupting his meal instead of him greeting a new customer. Also the location was poor and there were individuals screaming profanities and making a loud noises in the alleyway at 3 AM for a couple of hours. Made it very difficult to sleep and feel safe.

You could see where the hotel was making improvements with new fixtures in the bathroom.

There were prostitutes hanging outside of the hotel. The hotel is definitely overpriced.
