Incredible central location. The host Tanina was genuinely one of the nicest people you could meet. Always so helpful, kind and offering her suggestions or recommendations. Always on hand to help! Breakfast is included which is situated across from the entrance and it’s 10/10. She also arranged for a complimentary lift to the train station so we didn’t need to organise a taxi. We would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Thanks so much

Perfect location. The rooms were nice and modern, but what really stands out here is the personal service you receive. On arrival we were handed printed information and map of the area and were recommended places to see and visit during our stay. This helped us immensely in our planning, as we only had a day and a half here, but fitted everything in easily and comfortably. The two restaurant recommendations were spot on and they not only book them, but also walk you round to show you exactly where they are. The restaurant where you have breakfast is lovely, with good menu choice and tasty food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

Nothing to dislike.

First of all the location, in the centre of the town making it a great base to explore from. The hotel itself is great with clean rooms including a minibar and toiletries. Tanina, was an absolute gem, she has contacts in Scaligeri for everything you would like to do/book. The breakfast was gorgeous. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

What a fantastic hotel this is. Spotless, comfortable, excellent water pressure, quiet (even though it is right in the middle of the town), free shuttle, free mini bar, the list goes on. We stayed with baby and it was silent in the room at all times. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant is superb, staff are all friendly and polite, and you get a small discount if you dine there too. We were impressed by how varied breakfast was; you don’t get this in just any hotel. Branding of the hotel even though not relevant for this review but is thought through, so is the design. The owner is lovely, whilst the receptionist Tanina is just irreplaceable. Always there for you, solving everything and making you feel very special. Baby cot was in a room upon arrival as requested, and Tanina made our life as parents so much easier ever since we stepped through the front door. And she is ever so lovely too. Don’t walk, run to book a room at Casa Scaligeri.

Room was very nice, but a bit expensive. I suffered 2 asthma attacks not sure if they allow dogs into the rooms with guests. Perhaps previous guest had a dog? I’m allergic to dog Dauper.

Since there is no space to park the car, there is a very efficient and well organized shuttle service. However , maybe it would a good idea to be able to book in advance very late arrivals or very early departures

Tanina was extraordinary! She communicated immediately the hotel services available and made reservations for the use of the Thermal spa, a private cruise around the peninsula and an amazing dinner. She accommodated our every need and was super flexible as our arrival time changed. Tanina is the most warm and welcoming concierge, and host. It is obvious that she loves her job and treats everyone like family. She made our experience in Sirmione amazing and one that we will never forget. Casa Scalegeri is a beautiful hotel in the middle of the very busy little town Sirmione. Tanina takes the time to make sure you are treated like royalty and gave us so many tips to navigate around the crowd. She is definitely the reason why this hotel is so special. I believe she upgraded our room as well which was lovely.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town and our room was literally above the road. However somehow it was incredibly quiet. The accommodation was great but the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and our stay was made better by the local knowledge we were supplied with. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s amazing

No one to help you after hours. We needed to leave before 8 and had to drag our bags to the parking garage 7 minutes away in the rain. The garage hours said 7am to 12 pm for check out, but at 7:15 still no one answered.

Great breakfast in cafe next door was all included. Amazing location. Parked in nearby lot and they drove us in a golf cart to the historic area where hotel was, and then back next day. My family of 6 had 2 rooms and it was all perfect.

The location was right in the middle of everything. Walkable to all of the sites. The breakfast was amazing! The room was spotless and modern. We ended up staying an extra night because we loved it so much. Tanina, the hotel manager, gave us all of the information for the area and was extremely helpful and kind. She was like a personal travel agent. We appreciated all of the staff and it was such a perfect stay!
