Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute. Tanina and staff were so friendly and helpful at making our time here, relaxing and fun . The suggested activities, restaurant bookings and help planning our trip were very much appreciated. This made our stay here our favourite part of our trip to Italy so far.

Bathroom was extremely clean and modern but a bit small, especially the shower.

All I can say is WOW! Small very clean modern hotel in the heart of Sirmione. The service from Taniana who is the general manager was absoletely FANTASTIC. The included breakfast was also excellent and easily the best we had in our 17 day Northern Italy trip. The room was very modern and the bed very comfortable.

The location is perfect. The hotel manager, Tanina, is super efficient and warm. She made us felt very welcome and arranged restaurant and spa booking for us. The other hotel staff are also very nice, including those at the breakfast place across the street.

When I read reviews, everyone wrote wonderful things about Tamina. The reviews were accurate! Tamina is so kind, very responsive and helpful- she made us feel at home. The rest of the staff were also wonderful as well. We highly recommend staying here!

Location was perfect . Small but comfortable room with all needs catered for . Close to everything . Tanina’s service was exemplary . She helped us by recommending and booking restaurants , suggesting day trips and giving us excellent advice on what to see and do . She was like a personal tour guide . Fun and lovely personality .

From the moment we arrived and were met by Danina we had the most amazing stay, she made us feel welcome, provided much information of what to do where to go booked a table at the Maria Callas restaurant, which was lovely.. We parked in the Grifo car park which the municipality provide so that cars do not drive inside the city wall, the hotel msgd us with a code to enter then we were taken by golf buggy with our luggage to our hotel, extremely efficient. Sirmione is small but there is much to see, the castle, the ruins at the end of the peninsula, the beach is small but lovely, waters are crystal clear. As a hotel resident you have private access to a beach with a small bar/cafe with seating. The hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast is next door in their cafe, which was part of the package and was huge and delicious, very impressed, great friendly staff. Will definitely be returning, cannot recommend enough.

If you leave early in the morning you have to walk your luggage thorugh the village to the parking which isnt too far but not ideal.

Location is right in the heart of the old town. Close to the termal spas and also close to the gate, short walk to parking. Rooms are quiet and clean.

That was a top-notch stay! A huge thanks to Hotel Casa Scaligeri team for warm welcoming and the unforgetable moments they created! Well-organized parking with shuttle to the hotel, lovely breakfast, mordern and exceptionally clean rooms. The location in the heart of Sirmione is 10/10 .

The parking lot is operated by a different company, and it requires a shuttle to get to the hotel. This in itself is fine, but I wasn't aware that after 12 pm it ends and we will be charged extra. The window in the room was really small.

First of all the staff, they were very helpful, helped me to surprise my wife for her birthday, and even gave us some gifts, which I didn't expect and was pleasantly surprised as well. The location is wonderful, right near the castle, the room is spacious and clean.

Great location, flawless rooms. Very helpful and nice owners, provided excellent recommendations on planning the day and helped booking restaurants. Excellent breakfast next door, fresh croissant and great choices. Parking is so convenient, complete with shuttle service checking in and out.

Great centrally located hotel, rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, croissants are wonderful. The staff are all helpful and friendly, especially Taninia, who goes above and beyond in anticipating anything she can do to make your stay perfect.

Everything was perfect.

Very friendly staff! We got excellent tips on what to see in Sirmione. The room had everything we needed and it was clean and quiet. Great location and easy parking just outside the old city wall. The complimentary shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel worked well. Excellent breakfast with particularly friendly and attentive service, crunchy croissants and good coffee. Would also recommend their restaurant La Rucola 2.0 for dinner.

The size of the room could be slightly bigger and being in Italy, the lack of an espresso machine in the room was definitely a minus..

Perfect location, Right in the Center of Sirmione, could not have picked a better hotel, Tanina & Nichola were absolutely brilliant, all our tours, transfers, restaurants recommendations were amazing, we can’t thank you enough for our amazing time in Lake Garda.

Well... there was a odd part to the room. The shower was outside of the bathroom (just in this particular room, a unique design). it also had see-through walls... so if you like to take your shower 'au-natural' for all (at least in your room) to see... this is for you.

The hotel is right in the centre near everything. The host was extraordinarily friendly and helpful... she took care of us like we were a family member. The breakfast was perfect. All round stellar experience.
