Location great , room is little small and breakfast is ok

We waited in the lobby for an extended period of time before the room being ready because we arrived early.

The hotel was in walking distance of the colosseum. The buffet breakfast was included and the food was excellent! The rooms were spacious and clean.

The shower was so small kept banging my arms on the radiator when I got out of the shower, more like a cupboard...

The staff were fantastic, roof top bar was such a lovely place to go at the end of the day with fabulous views, proximity to the attractions was great most were walkable from the hotel, very clean

I didn’t book a long enough stay.

The staff were amazing (shout out to Michele and Gabriella), could not have done more to make our stay better, the facilities were great and the location was perfect for getting about.

Shower stall is exceedigly small and weird with two opening sides, but very clean and it did its job. I wish breakfast started a bit earlier for those days when we had early plans.

Absolutely loved the balcony in our larger room, views were breathtaking. Great staff! Very convenient location to both the historic parts of the city and Roma Termini train station. Great breakfast - excellent selection and taste. Beautifully decorated and clean bathroom had a great view of the city from the window - it was a pleasure to wash up in the morning. Comfortable and clean beds. Air conditioner worked very well.

All staff exceptional, Tommasso at check in was an incredible concierge and very helpful and informative.. Hotel perfectly located, within walking distance of all the main sights. Roof top bar was excellent with incredible views.

Amazing staff, friendly and offered to help with anything, Damiano on the front desk and the older gentleman on reception , The porter who helped with our cases and the guy who was working on the rooftop bar were all so welcoming and friendly. all the staff in general were excellent. The rooftop bar is fantastic views of all the popular landmarks of Rome. Our room a little basic and bathroom a little small but we didn't mind as the rest of the hotel is lovely , and not to forget perfect location! Located down a quiet little backstreet next to the amazing Santa Margherita church. Great walking distance to everywhere. Thanks again!

All done pretty well.

Hotel was clean, staff were great, breakfast was really good. Location was OK close to train station. Rooftop bar had a great view, unfortunately the night we went there were some very noisy and rude Americans. Good on staff for sorting out the poo behaviour.

I wish the pillows were thicker, they were pretty flat. The TV was very small and only played Italian shows. (and sometimes didn't work but it was okay because I had my laptop and watched TV on there since they have wifi) The shower is tiny and has only a "rain" shower head, not a handheld, so ladies good luck not getting your hair wet! (You'll have to squeeze to the side or wear a shower cap --which they provide).

First off, Thomas, Damiano and Francesco who worked the front desk were SO kind! They were always smiling and greeted me, and anytime I needed to upgrade or needed help, they went above and beyond and made it easy for me. I would visit again just to have such great service again. The location was fantastic, so close/walking distance to everything! Very delicious, simple breakfast. And the room was comfortable, just what I needed. I had the opportunity to stay in two different rooms, one with a single person bed and one with a person double. The single room is VERY tiny, but honestly it's cozy enough for ONE person. The double room is way more space if you need room for two. Both rooms were very clean, the AC worked perfectly (it gets icy cold, which is perfect in the Rome heat), I also love the shades on the window so you can always control how dark/light you want it to be. Oh! and I can't forget the rooftop bar. It was so cozy with beautiful views and the woman that works the bar is SO SWEET! It was always a pleasure to see her smiling face. The drinks were tasty and get charged directly to your room. They even give you small snacks like chips or peanuts to snack on for free.

Location. Very close to Roma Termini which isn't safe at night. Breakfast was average.

The rooms are small and the shower was tiny! Smallest shower I’ve ever used.

The staff was friendly, rooms clean, excellent breakfast and the location is convenient but on a quiet side street. We loved the roof top balcony.

It’s weird that you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you leave. It turns off everything so when you come back from a busy day of summer touring, your room will be very warm. First time/hotels in Rome, so this might be common.

Convenient to the train station. Which makes airport transit and taking day trips easy. Plenty of places to eat nearby. 20-25 minute or less walk to most attractions (Vatican is an exception). Very close to Ancient Rome (Coliseum, Forum, Palatine).

Rooms were a little small but in line with European hotels.

Location was great, easy walking distance to sights. It was nice having a breakfast available in the morning. Front desk was very helpful, great check in and help bringing luggage up to rooms.
