The restaurant manager lady. There was a nice gentleman that was very attentive and relaxed. However the manager lady was intense and not aware of her awkward mannerisms that made things uncomfortable. We dine there 3 times and it was evident she couldn't bring herself to realise that with 3 - 4 table covers customers will notice such behaviour.

Front Desk Staff where exemplary. Breakfast lady a great hostess. Hotel itself in a very natural setting. Well kept with really clean and nicely laid spaces. Spa was nice but the masseuse was at a difficult point to cover for someone sick. Mountain walk, Cave & the nearby places are very nice

This hotel is special and unique of his kind. The location in the middle of nature, the comfort of the rooms and of common spaces, including the breakfast room and restaurant, together with a wonderful swimming pool all make it unique.

It was great to come back to ECO Hotel Orlando for the start of the 2024 season. I could enjoying again the great hospitality of the staff, the top comfort, and the fantastic cuisine. Looking forward to visit again soon.

After many stays this year, I could not miss the end of the 2023 season at Hotel Orlando. Big thanks to all the staff which made my stays always fantastic, and particularly to Maria Assunta (reception), Giovanna (breakfast), and Marcella (SPA). I am gonna miss Hotel Orlando until next year.

I am frequent and happy returning guest at Hotel Orlando. It offers a unique comfortable and relaxing spot in Sardinia. The hotel is nicely designed and kept spotless. The lobby offers an amazing art collection and a rich library. The rooms are nicely decorated in an elegant Sardinian style where modernity meets traditions. The beds are super comfy and clean. The hotel is immersed in nature and the mountain air is super refreshing, as well as the waters of the outdoor fantastic pool. It offers also a nice wellness center. Breakfast is also very good with its own character. The staff is very kind and make you feel at home. The location is also very good as from there one can easily reach many attractions in the coast and in the mountains with a short drive. Definitely recommended to smart travelers, and to those who want to escape from busy city life. Looking forward to come back!

Nothing which we could really be disappointed about.

It is always a grat pleasure to come back to Hotel Orlando. The location inside the oak forest is amazing. A perfect hideway to relax in the middle of Sardinian nature. The swimmingpool is fantastic, and a wellness centre is also available. The room (and bed) are super comfortable and cosy. The staff is amazing: special thanks to Maria Assunta, who always take the very care to make our stay special, and to Giovanna who arrange every day a very special breakfast with fresh baked cakes and a delicious coffee. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed one night in this hotel a month ago. After our check in we arrived at our room which looked good at first sight. Soon we found out that there were blood stains in the sheets. Shortly afterwards we noticed that there were carpet beetles in the room. Despite the fact that you are staying in a wooded area, this is very unhygienic! We went to shower after a long drive. No towels in the room. Soon after, a lot of noise. A large motorcycle club that parks the motorcycles right in front of our room. This while we were told to put vehicles in the parking lot further away. There was a lot of noise with music from the motorcyclists. This was the pinnacle for us. The receptionist promised to calm the situation but that took a very long time! We had dinner in the restaurant at the hotel in the evening. Staff speaks almost no English, the food was very poor and little choice. Prices very high! Bad price / quality! We went to the reception with all the things that didn't go well. We were promised a refund. We called several times after returning home because the refund was not forthcoming. We still haven't received anything. We are not after money, but if something is promised, then this agreement must be fulfilled. We travel a lot in a year and book many hotels but have never experienced this! This gives us a honest review about the bad service and negligence of this hotel.

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay very much as usual.

I come back often to the Hotel Orlando as it is my favorite retreat in Sardinia. The hotel is inside a oak forest. As soon as you arrive the scent of lavender welcome you. Being at around 1000 a.s.l. air is fresh and dry. A perfect place to relax. The room are preciously decorated with local handcraft, and the beds are super comfy. I love to have breakfast with the local pistoccu bread, fresh handmade cakes and excellent coffee. As the hotel is closing for the cold season, I am already looking forward to come back next year.

We had a lot of problems with the staff, specially with Francesco from the reception (exception for Alessandra). He has been so inconvenient and unrespectful, the I and my sixteen-y-old daughter were afraid of crossing the reception hall and be addressed anyhow by him. It was an expensive hotel with a traumatic experience. I will never come back altough I am frequently back in Sardegna. It is important to mention that the air conditioning was only decorative and the bedroom was extremely hot. The photo shows the insufficient air-conditioning output. Wi-fi signal was inexistent or very weak all through the hotel, even in the reception area.
