The room was a little spartan. Also we thought that there was a restaurant in the hotel but this wasn't the case.

Staff were helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located close to public transport so getting into the city proper was quite easy. Staff were able to sell us the daily travel passes which assisted.

We parked in the free parking on the street. Our car was vandalized during the night - window broken and things stolen. It's best to pay the parking fee even if there are a lot of available street parking spots.

While it is advertised that child here stays for free. It is not specified that no additional bed will be provided. The child will have to sleep in the big bed with the parents. If you reauire an additional bed you will be charged additional 25 euros per day Travel cot was denied for a 4 year old child because their policy prohibit giving it to child over 3 year old for security reasons It was confusing as most of the travel cot on the market support children until 25 kilos but the hotel have a different policy It should be specified explicitly that children can stay for free but they have to sleep in the only bed provided with the parents

I booked 2 rooms: the quadruple room was great: spacious and greatly equipped; the single room, on the other hand, was really tiny. I wish the bathrooms had a little more space to place at least a cosmetic bag

Good location, with plenty of parking spots nearby. Close to many restaurants. The bedrooms were clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was really good, with a lot of options. Staff was friendly and competent.

Lovely hotel. Everything you need, exceptionally clean and modern. Rooms were really really good and very quite. Staff were great and very helpful. Great place to stay if you have relatives studying in the Polytechnico. Its a 5 minute walk with plenty of supermarkets close by.

The only aspect I did not like does not depend on the hotel (another guest speaking loudly on the phone at 1:00 a.m.). Overall everything worked well at the hotel, thank you for the nice stay.

Courtesy of staff, cleanliness of the room, very good state of furniture and bathroom (including a large shower) welcome package in the room (complimentary water and tea facilities), good breakfast, gym facilities available for guests, 24 hour reception. I would stay again at this hotel.

The only thing that could be improved is variety of breakfast. I am pointing the variety of items on the breakfast, not their tastes. Taste was also good.

It was a pleasure to stay hotel during my business trip period. Actually, I expected a good conditional hotel but it was more than I expected. The thing that I like the most is behaviour of the staff. They are all super hosting. Thanks for everything.

As the name of the hotel suggests, the location is very convenient to visit Politecnico di Torino. The hotel is clean and quite. The breakfast is very good, especially if one goes for a sweet one.

The air conditioning / heater seemed to be on a timer that I couldn't control from the room. Although there was a thermostat I could set, I couldn't choose the times the system was turned on. So I ended up absolutely freezing some nights and then waking up sweating at 6am!

Staff were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful. It's great that the reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so there was always someone there to help with anything. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

A/C noise from outside even when window is close. Quite narrow beds (~70 cm) in twin room. It would be nice to have an armchair between bed and window (there is a lot of space) for a better overall comfort.

Warm and effective check-in (and reception desk service anyway). Private parking at a reasonable price. Excellent breakfast. Solid location. Solid value for money.

We were surprised to find no bar facilities in a hotel of this rating. There was not much space for personal items in the bathroom, but this was not a major problem.
