The party venue is close to the hotel, so the noise can be heard in the room to some extent, but it doesn't bother too much. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the room. However there is a fan. The outer door/gate is locked, which improves security. However, you need a key to open it, so it can be a risk in an emergency. So make sure you know the location of your key.

The accommodation was really nice and clean. The location is great and you can see the sea from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and you could get more towels by asking.

The outdoor entertainment venue right next to the hotel blares music until dawn, and it is almost impossible to sleep even with the windows closed. There is no breakfast at the accommodation, they give you a coupon for the bar of the neighboring hotel, where you can choose from portioned menus (you STILL HAVE TO pay 5 usd). The breakfast is not very rich for this amount of money, it is better to look around the city (and highly recommended!)!

The common kitchen is well equipped (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, plates) and some coffee and clean water is always available for free. The area is very safe, the staff is very friendly.

In the weekend the local disco plays music very loud and you will hear it in your room. We were prepared thanks to the reviews and brought earplugs. Our room was very hot, it would be great if they could provide extra standing fans for the rooms. The fridge in the lounge area wasn’t very clean. Would be good to include in the house rules to keep the fridge clean and have people who check out remove their items. WiFi was excellent the two days that it worked for us. The last day it didn’t work for us.

The property was located well and the staff was very friendly. Affordable laundry service. The lounge area is big and has lots of spaces to relax or do some work.

As all places in Bocas, especially on this island, it is a bit smelly and noisy and you cannot drink the tap water. Not a complaint, but just to go in with realistic expectations.

The property is a short walk from the ferry terminal and is very close to where you can do boat trips to the other islands. Restaurants and shops are close by. The room was small and older, but comfortable and clean. The shared living space and kitchen were clean and handy. Also very close to the airport. Drinking water provided in the kitchen and a discounted breakfast at an adjacent property.

Bocas is a party city and one night out of three we could get any sleep due to super loud music outside till 4AM.

It was right on the main street, very close everywhere. The bed was comfortable. The room was tiny but we knew when we booked so it was all right. The place has wonderful balconies on both sides so you can chill there and enjoy. We watched the Christmas parade from on of them and it was awesome.

I think you can not use the deck because the owner lives downstairs and there are big dogs. But other than that, everything was great and besides, you don't spend too much time in the room. You are always away on tours to other islands or out to eat.

No AC, just a fan but it has a great location and you are only there to sleep. Hang out upstairs patio was nice and had a view of the island. There is an equipped kitchen and free water. The owner was very nice!

Too expensive for being a hostel (around 55$/night) and it needs refurbishment.

I was lucky because I had views to the sea, but that just happens with rooms 4 and 2. The rest of the bedrooms are really small and they don’t have any views.

the rooms and furniture is really old and there were also some cockroaches probably normal ok Bocas… it was extremely loud! it felt like we stayed in the disco even we didn’t go out!! couldn really sleep.

The windows don’t close so all the sounds from the clubs and bars get right into your room. The room we slept in was also tiny for two people! I think she mixed up the booking and thought I was on my own. On the toilet you couldn’t sit normally because your legs would touch the wall in front of you.

The terrace right over the ocean with hammocks was great! Great place to do your morning yoga looking over the water. It’s right in the city center! So great for going out. There’s a club right across the street. Which is great if you want to party yourself. Staff was nice and helpful too! Good shower with hot water. They cleaned the room every day.

There is no air conditioning and only a ceiling fan, so the room gets pretty warm at night. Because of central location, there is a lot of noise at night (particularly on weekends). While the property manager and cleaner were friendly, the woman working at reception told us outright she "did not have time" to help us.

Very well-located in the centre of Bocas Del Toro, so it was a quick walk to water taxis, restaurants, grocery stores, and bars. The room was spacious and well-kept. We loved sitting out on the front and back terraces.

- Bathroom is Tiny. When sitting on the toilet your legs touch the wall in front (and I’m not a tall guy) - No A/C so it gets very hot. Ventilator makes a lot of noise. - Street noise (but that’s basically everywhere in the center)
