We did not like the atmosphere at breakfast. Let me explain: During breakfast, we were served cold cappuccino, the milk was not heated properly. When we went downstairs for breakfast after 8:10 am, there were only leftovers of cheese and ham in the dining room. The cookies were tasteless. Moreover, the lady who worked in the dining room was unprofessional and unfriendly. She was very loud, banging plates, which made it difficult for those sitting there to eat breakfast in peace. When leaving the hotel at 10:30 am, we heard the loud behavior of this woman at the reception and we immediately went outside so as not to hear these screams. We believe that the hotel owner should know about the employee's inappropriate behavior.

Hotel was close to Fiumicino Airport in nice location very close to the beach. Shuttle service was excellent on both directions. Staff on front desk friendly.

Room wasnt the cleanest and the ac was broken. Windows were left open before i arrived and mosquitos bothered me all night so i slept terribly with the buzzing and the heat.

Preferable to not reach late, as you cannot use the shuttle service (they do not operate late at night), and the taxi ride from the airport is more expensive. We opted for uber to be sure of the fare in advance. Also, when we made the booking it said we paid already the tourist tax, but they charged us again when checking out. Perhaps it could be related to our booking error though, so we did not raise this issue with the staff.

The staff were friendly, and waited for our arrival late at night, which was very kind of them (we reached after midnight). They also helped us with a booking error, so that was something we truly appreciate.

I think the taxi service the hotel ordered us was expensive.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast surprised us and was fairly big and tasteful. It was nice that the hotel is situated about 200 metres from the sea. Staff was friendly, especially towards our son. This was a good place to stay going or coming from the airport for one night.

I liked the location. Was not aware it was so close to the Sea. I feel we should have stayed longer and explored all Fiumicino had to offer.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but for us it was ok as we only stayed overnight.

We stayed for one night only as we had a late flight. So the value for us was 24-hours front desk and proximity from the airport. We arrived late and left early so it was difficult to evaluate. The late night manager was very helpful and friendly.

The lift takes you to between the floor levels, you need to carry your luggage up or down the stairs to reach your room.

Hotel a few minutes walk to the seafront and only 10 minutes drive to Fiumicino airport. Shuttle bus runs from the airport to and from the hotel at 7 euros pp. This hotel is good value for money. Rooms and facilities good. Really clean. Had to leave early in the morning so cannot comment on breakfast. A private and secure car park if you have a vehicle.

If you want to stay in this hotel, note: One: better come when the weather is warm-otherwise you will freeze from cold (the AC only works on cold) Two: if you arrive in the evening, note that the last transfer would be at 22:00 and it will not wait for you, even if you call the hotel and ask to wait. Otherwise, add the price pf the taxi to that of the room
