We arrived at the San Siro metro station hoping to take a direct bus 423 just like the hotel site advised. Turns out it doesn’t run in the evenings. We found a different bus with a change to a night bus. Turns out that you have to make a phone call to the public transportation system for the night bus for it to arrive. We had to walk a few kilometres at dark, alone, as 2 young women. The breakfast was less than ok, quite poor actually. Very sweet, not many choices. The hair dryer doesn’t even blow air, the tap was leaky and we could hear through all the night. Despite many tries we were unable to turn on the AC. There is a mini bar, but it was only stocked with a small bottle of water (of course not free). No other amenities other than simple bathroom supplies.

The staff is very kind and helpful, free shuttle to the San Siro metro station. The rooms are clean but they could use a refreshment. Quite spacious bathroom, comfy beds

There are 4 lifts, no one was working. It was even difficult to find the exit to walk on the steps, I can imagine the catastrophe in case of fire in the hotel, nobody will find the exit on time. Some fruits for the breakfast were spoiled, good to make alcohol from it but not to eat. Parking for money at this place is strange, must be free normally. Everything was a bit outdated and dirty. I was at the same hotel in Torino, but what a big difference. 3 stars in Torino are much better than 4 stars in Milano and Free parking available.

Wanted more thicker sheets and the AC didn't work that great. The shower sliding doors kept coming off

It was a decent room and nice hotel lobby especially for the price. Just be aware that traveling to city center by public transportation takes around 45 -1 hour or longer especially at night and taking a taxi from here to city center would run up to 30-40 euros per ride.

Just OK hotel rather too expensive, 3/4 lifts were broken, room carpets were dirty, AC was bearly cooling. Parking extra 8€/night, Limited breakfast choice. A bit outside the city.

what I didn't like is one staff at reception.... who responded to my question that why isn't there locks in bathroom door... i didnt build this hotel so i dont know!!! i asked room service for towel and she started to shout at me and said speak italian or arabic!!! there was no phone in the room. my air condition was leaking in the room all night giving sleepless night is to mentioned some of main issues during my stay.

Cleanliness- even hallway has layers of dust around 2inch from wall. Phone in room had layer of dust. In our room we didn’t even had toilet seat, just broken lid. Also our friends in different room had plastic cups in bathroom, we got none. But.. we had dripping shower :D location- very far from town centre. You need to change from bus to underground to get to town. No shops, pubs or restaurants anywhere around. Man in reception seemed so arrogant when we checked in like we’d be to blame for bothering him to do some work.

Facilities very much in need of maintenance. Location poorer than expected, especially considering unreliability of 423 bus. Lots of rubbish visible from room in loading bay. Breakfast was very basic, especially for vegetarians.

Comfy bed, fairly good range of pastries at breakfast, cleaners did a great job and staff were friendly.

The hotel should have some renovation! The cleaning they should highly improve I believe nobody is not checking the cleaners! The wooden floor was sticky, the bathroom was not clean properly , the pillows was dirty and old, the lights was working partially, in the mornings our body was itchy .. We still was lucky that we didn't find any bugs how others did. We stayed 2 nights but I'm happy that we are moving on.
