Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe only saving grace was the hard working staff but management needs to work harder to ensure customer satisfaction- We faced several problems- We had to wait for almost two hours at midnight because the keys to the rooms which were provided were not working; wifi had amazingly low speeds to allow for any relevant use; half of the lifts/elevators were under repair; no provision of water kettles etc in the rooms etc

PortugalThe tax per person per night is way too overpriced (5€ is crazy) On top of that, if you want to park the car outside the Hotel is another 8€ per night. The location isn’t that good to justify the costs mencioned.

BrazilThe Hotel is falling apart it needs an urgent renovation, the bed was not comfortable, the shower box door was almost falling when it is closed! On top of that, there was a group of teenagers banging the walls, the walls, running at the aisles and make a lot or noise till midnight! Not our lucky day/night.
The locatiion next to the road, the staff was very nice.

LithuaniaWould not recommend for a longer stay unless you're very limited by budget. Main bus and train stations are about 1 hour away by public transport. The corridors are dark, rooms feel lived in, even after cleaning, which I guess would not be expected from a 4 star hotel.
The price-quality ratio is fair. I wasn't able to find any more affordable place to stay while passing through Milano. The staff was friendly and breakfast had quite a few options.

SerbiaWe stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is a bit far from the city center, but they do offer hotel parking, although it's not included in the room price, so we paid an additional 8 euros. Despite some negative reviews on booking sites, we decided to give the hotel a chance. While it's true that the hotel is in need of renovation, it sufficed for a one-night stay. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, but unfortunately, the blanket was old and dirty.

SurinameThe room was very warm and they could not turn on the AC, they could only turn off the heating. We had to sleep with the window open. The phone didn't have any buttons and was not plugged in. Even if you wanted to, you couldn't call for room service. The hallway smelled musky and there were stains from the ceiling indicating that there's a leak. Didn't bother mentioning this since there was a sign that they're busy renovating the place, so hopefully this issue will be addressed.
The staff was very friendly and helpful in sharing advice for traveling to the center. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Iraqthe Room's Carpet it's not Clean, The Bathroom with mold (Black area in the Korner of the Shower), The Blanket it's also not Clean, The Door can't be locked from inside (for the Child).
The breakfast is very Good and varied from Sweet, Cakes, Vegetables,.etc.. The Staff are very kind and they are responding to the requests, Transport to the Metro not always available , Bedsheets it is changing everyday.

SpainThree out of four elevators were broken and the stairs were nowhere to be found. Also broken AC and terrible heat inside the room. The property is really far from anything and somewhat hard to find.
It was very minimalistic and clean looking. Breakfast is good and the employees at the front desk are nice.
