The rooms and carpet were smelly. Our room smelt like somebody had smoked a cigarettes in it. Please avoid.

Our shower screen was broken and missing. The drain covers weren't there and could easily drop something down the drain. Powerpoint was broken, couldnt charge a mobile phone. We had 2 rooms booked. The staff charged us city tax on arrival, which was paid. Then, when we were checking out, we had to pay another city tax because they said we hadn't paid. Lack of communication. We gave the hotel a time we would be arriving for check-in as stated when booking through booking.com and was confirmed. But when we arrived we had to wait 2 hours for our room as it wasn't ready. Down stairs toilet near reception was filthy and broken toilet seat.

The only saving grace was the hard working staff but management needs to work harder to ensure customer satisfaction- We faced several problems- We had to wait for almost two hours at midnight because the keys to the rooms which were provided were not working; wifi had amazingly low speeds to allow for any relevant use; half of the lifts/elevators were under repair; no provision of water kettles etc in the rooms etc

The tax per person per night is way too overpriced (5€ is crazy) On top of that, if you want to park the car outside the Hotel is another 8€ per night. The location isn’t that good to justify the costs mencioned.

For the money you’re paying you can’t expect the best place but at least have the shower door attached and have sinks that don’t leak water on the floors. There’s not many restaurants near by. Breakfast isn’t good.

Temperature control didn’t work. Bad smell in the toilet. Broken shower head. Broken toilet door. Very small room. Location very far from shops and restaurants.

The Hotel is falling apart it needs an urgent renovation, the bed was not comfortable, the shower box door was almost falling when it is closed! On top of that, there was a group of teenagers banging the walls, the walls, running at the aisles and make a lot or noise till midnight! Not our lucky day/night.

The locatiion next to the road, the staff was very nice.

Internet is not fuctioning. The breakfast is pretty basic, could be more versatile and the coffe from coffe machine is terrible.

Would not recommend for a longer stay unless you're very limited by budget. Main bus and train stations are about 1 hour away by public transport. The corridors are dark, rooms feel lived in, even after cleaning, which I guess would not be expected from a 4 star hotel.

The price-quality ratio is fair. I wasn't able to find any more affordable place to stay while passing through Milano. The staff was friendly and breakfast had quite a few options.

Food was sometimes not all available during breakfast, the food at the restaurant at night could be better. The room did not offer any chairs, so you could only sit on the bed.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is a bit far from the city center, but they do offer hotel parking, although it's not included in the room price, so we paid an additional 8 euros. Despite some negative reviews on booking sites, we decided to give the hotel a chance. While it's true that the hotel is in need of renovation, it sufficed for a one-night stay. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, but unfortunately, the blanket was old and dirty.

The breakfast wasn’t that good. The A/C in the room was turned on automatically on cold , even though we turned it off before we left, so every time we went back to the hotel, the room was cold. Also there wasn’t an option to change the temperature from cold to warm.
