Very small rooms , no slippers , not enough towels , they are not white , no wine glasses in the room in the wine area , small choice of wines in the wine list of the restaurant ….could be improved …

We liked design of the hotel and the view from the balcony breakfast and the restaurant and the location is good …

For dinner, we were excited about ordering the chef's menu (4 courses, all dishes a surprise) but a bit disappointed in the final dish (seafood tempura with mayonnaise sauce). It was second fried food dish within the selection and didn't seem fitting with local cuisine. But the chef made up for it with a fabulous dessert.

Intimate B&B with friendly staff, delicious local food and amazing location. Also highly recommend the outdoor spa, which you can enjoy with a view of the hillsides and a bottle of the local wine, and an aperitivo.

Nothing to complain

It's super charming and very personal. Not to mention the amazing view. The restaurant there is really nice, so expect a very nice breakfast with home made stuff. Dinner is also outstanding, the chef is super nice and sympathetic- short story, I had the menu with 6 courses and I almost couldn't finish because it was too much food. The cheff came to my table and said I couldn't leave without eating the meat, he made a super small cute portion and it was worth it!

We loved it here! The room with the giant terrace was gorgeous. Highly recommend dinner at the restaurant! We had the tasting menu with wine pairing, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We would definitely come back.

There is literally nothing we didn’t like.

This was an incredible stay for our time in Langhe. It was the perfect home base for visiting all the beautiful wine towns nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish with a beautiful deck. Breakfast on the patio was lovely every morning. We had dinner one night at the restaurant and it was absolutely incredible. The entire time we were there the staff were friendly and attentive. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Lovely new, simply furnished room. Comfortable bed. Lovely terrace with wonderful views stretching to the Alps. Very nice and helpful host. Good parking. Right in the middle of wonderful vineyards.

Very nice find small and quiet! We liked very much the location it was easy to visit the many areas, wineries and restaurants all around the Langhe region. The staff were really kind and generous, and the dinner and breakfasts were very appreciated. Excellent atmosphere!

Il GreCale is a wonderful place in a beatiful area. The view is amazing, the room was brand new and nicely decorated, the staff very friendly and the restaurant very good. We had a lovely breakfast and also took diner which was a true experience.

GrecAle is more a restaurant than a hotel. In our polite English way we felt we didn’t want to “interrupt” the restaurant if we needed something. But they were always helpful when we did! We weren’t told we needed to book the restaurant and the hot tub.

The restaurant food is superb. Brilliant wine-country views.

Not daily cleaning. WiFi didn't work in the room. There are no outside areas (except the restaurant that is open most days).
