It’s in the middle of Cortina. It’s the perfect location. The hotel is stunning. Everyone is so helpful and attend to your every need. The rooms are spotless and super modern with a rustic twist. I’d love to come back here again.

Policy about parking and spa, considering that we are paying nearly 500 Euro per night in the lowest possible season I do not understand: 1. Why we have to pay additional 25 Euro per day per parking 2. You have only 1 hour Spa per stay, after that you pay 30 Euro per additional hour - I am wondering if I come in winter and pay 1000 Euro, would they make me pay 30 hour for any hour of Spa….

The facility, the location, the food, the Spa is small but very beautiful.

Located directly in the center of Cortina, but rooms are quiet. Large, very special, breakfast. Good restaurant, shuttle service to ski resorts, great team!

The noise of SS51 was impossible. Even with the excellent soundproofing the noise still penetrated the night into our room. You could not keep a window open.

We thought the staff to be be very attentive, friendly, helpful at every request. We like the Town of Cortina and the surrounding areas, the restaurants, and the shopping.

The hotel is centrally located. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the ski lifts which is great for those skiiing. The breakfast was excellent and no buffet in sight! We ate dinner in the restaurant which was also excellent. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

The room is beautiful with a focus on sustainability. The staff, particularly Massimo, made my stay very comfortable. I especially appreciated the late afternoon snack that was offered.

1. There was a breakdown in my room, and they don’t hold technical support at premises as expected for that quality. 2. Dinner menu albeit high quality, was quite niche. Kind of forces you to go out most evenings.

The room is huge and very modern yet extremely cosy because of the wonderful wood used throughout. Toilet was superb and the view of surrounding mountain and village very nice. The staff were all incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. Great breakfast too! Would choose Hotel de Len again if we are back in Cortina :-)

Absolutely nothing - the hotel was perfect!

Hotel De Len went above and beyond to make our stay special and one we'll always remember. We were actually staying here as part of an engagement surprise! They were more than happy to help with setting up the room, which they did a phenomenal job and felt totally invested in the proposal. Francesco on the front desk was particularly incredible throughout the stay! Staff - incredibly friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, we were very looked after Facilities - the spa was incredible, the lounge was a brilliant place to hang out, the hotel was spotless, the decor in the rooms were spot on Food - the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was order at table buffet style, so much tasty food! I can't convey enough just how brilliant this hotel and the staff were.

We loved our stay. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We felt like we could ask anything and was very accommodating. It was convenient to go around to different places and good amenities. Highlight was the complementary services and the view from our room. Each window had the most amazing views of the mountains. It's worth the value of what we paid for and more than what we expected. Bedrooms were a little too warm. Road outside with the door open too cool the bedroom was a little loud. Some gluten free options were single packaged not fresh options.

The staff, food, decor and spa were incredible. The breakfast was sublime, with gluten free options. The beds are amazing. The staff are super helpful at helping guide you to the right walks in the right weather and skill level. We even had a Mountain View from our bed for a room on the second floor!

We absolutely loved our room, we got upgraded to a room with a balcony for our honeymoon and had a delicious dessert and chocolates waiting for us in our room! The staff was beyond helpful and kind, Francesco helped us with our hike plans and gave us amazing tips that made our hikes way more enjoyable! Literally bowled over with how nice they all were, they even gifted us a big bottle of local jam, and packed us croissants, coffee and fruit for our hike! Will definitely stay here next time we visit!
