I saw one cockroach in the corridor which is not a good sight on first night. Water pressure is a bit low but overall it is a good hotel.

Nice staff, the breakfast is tasty, reception staff is very accommodating. The driver took us in the airport is nice enough to stop over on the side of the road to see the mayon volcano in its full beauty.

Shower lay out needs improvement , no bathroom mat after you take a shower the floor is so wet .

Breakfast was excellent compared two years ago . Presentation wise and food choices there were more to choose from and the menu changes everyday .

Some standard amenities were missing, like, face or hand towels. Floor towel was also missing.

Management was able to modify our booking due to a change in the number of guests.

Rooms are old, the door makes noise when you close. Found a small roach in the room. Needs renovation and pest control.

My room doesn't have a good window view. My view is another building. Also, there were just yellow lights. I hope there's just one bright light at the center especially when the window view doesn't give natural lighting.

The bed is comfy. There's a safety box, a television, refrigerator, and a space to do my writings. The reception area is beautiful. There's a piano you can play freely. I like also that they have variety of food choices on breakfast.

The bathroom toilet needs improvement and upgrade. The water pressure is slow and can't flush the toilet consecutively. The shower floor is very sticky and needs more scrubbing including the shower head. The cleaning people should pay more attention to the details and cleanliness of the place. It also needs usb cable connectivity for the gadgets. It also helps if there is 110 volts adaptors to accomodate international clients.

The staffs were friendly and anticipated our needs. They were very attentive and prompt.

From the parking is not very convenient to the lobby kind of some molds as start surfacing need meantinance.

It’s kind of older hotel and needed of extensive renovations, it’s ok but rather no to if I can find another better one, as a world Traveller I knew the quality and hospitality of the crew, somehow some front desk is not very helpful just sticky to policy of some kind in regards to money, like we decide to arrive 1 day early as to avoid storm, so we end up check out next day and transfer to another room as they want us to pay upgrade for a bigger room as they said, just about 3 inches wider deference and they want us to pay more to keep the room, something like that as my experience around the world they can just live as it is for the comfort of guest.

Cleanliness in the room needs improvement, the breakfast (for a westerner - although the omelettes were good) was almost non-existent, the rooms are dated, the “city view” was of a street, the internet only worked for half the days, the bathroom linen was so rough I had to go and buy a towel.

The house-keeping, security, concierge and airport collection staff were great but the other staff were hit and miss. The reception on arrival were truly awful.

No early check in, staff are not that accomodating, the bellboy when we check in is not very helpfu(not even smiling), receptionist did not even give us a warm welcome. Tight room, and bathroom is mehh. The location of this hotel is very central so expect it to be crowded.

Value for the money, price. Airport transfer. Love the free breakfast, though likited selection.

There is no european charger in the room, you will need an adapter.

Good location, excellent stuff, delicious restaurant at lobby, no rooftop, but you can observe Mayon volcano from the hotel's last floor in order to decide whether you should take a tour or not.

Nothing anyway all is ok

Very accommodating..clean and very friendly personal..we have to check in earlier and they allow us..with no question..also add one bed coz we are three persons.
