The towels from the bathroom are too old, old fashion furniture in the room, dirty carpets in the hall ways

The location - 5 min walk to the center, 10 min walk from the central bus station - a lot of restaurants around it, facilities (terrace, garden), very beautiful view, very friendly and very proffesional staff, big bathrooms, good breakfast

PARKING A HUGE PROBLEM .Interior of hotel can be updated but still good location.

The hotel is right at the centre, which is good. However, having a room on the main n road, it tended to be too noisy at night when there were many people on the street.

Bathroom needs upgrading. The fittings and accessories shower etc needs to be changed.

The breakfast on the second morning was really poor. :(

Good location in the center of the historical town. Every sights in walking distance. The receptionist lady was really kind. We were upgraded to a balcony room with sea view. :)

We were happy with everything.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was served in the downstairs room which was lovely, bright and airy. Our room was a good size and which was kept lovely, clean and tidy every day. We were very happy here.

Room and bathroom very small and cramped, but we were out all day. We only went to the hotel to sleep. Very old but functional furniture.

Everything was as expected for the price we paid. If you wish to have a bigger room / bathroom / cooked breakfast then you need to find another hotel. This was perfect for our needs.

We booked this hotel as we were attending the Roberto Bolle and Friends Gala in the Teatro Antico. The location couldn't have been better. It is a few minutes walk to the theatre and the location of the hotel is in the main shopping/restaurant area of Corso Umberto. The hotel staff were all friendly and spoke good English. The open air terrace gave amazing views of Mount Etna and the coastline. The continental breakfast was good, and the croissants and torte di Nonna were delicious. We used the local CitybySee hop-on hop-off buses, located just a few minutes away, to see all the sights and to take us to the beach. We used the cable car, also just a few minutes away, to bring us back from Isola Bella beach up to Taormina centre.

The water pressure especially the hot water was a bit low (our room at was at the top floor). Also the bathroom fittings need refurbishment. But they didn't affect our stay.

Excellent location on the main Street of Taormina. Helpful staff, very clean. Very good breakfast with a superb view.
