sockets in room are not suitable for conventional adaptors. If i wanted to work in my room I wouldn't have been able to use my computer as I couldn't recharge it.

Only one thing. Why at checkin i had to pay again the full amount of reservation wich i already paied on booking!? I understand a guarantee amount to be blocked for any problems but after 2/3 days the amount is still bloked and i can’t use my money. Still waiting to be unblocked…

Great location. Close to the train station and the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free upgrade to a bigger room was a nice bonus. Would stay again.

Check-In: when we arrived, we had to wait for almost half an hour. Only one employee at the desk - and several guests waiting. Some minutes are ok, but half an hour is too much. The heating in one room didn't work. After complainig, we got a discount on our bill - that's a nice compensation, but.... Arriving by car: Terrible - absolute NO parking slot - also during check-in...

Good location. Close to the harbour and also very close to the pedestrian area where you can find a lot of shops and boutiques. Breakfast offerd all we needed. From different sausages and cheese via scrambled eggs and ham to muesli and cakes next to good coffe and cold fruit drinks.

The hotel area is not a very nice location, especially after the sun set, The facade of the hotel is under construction. It wasn't mentioned at booking!! The hotel was quite fool, and there was only one receptionist, so it was long waiting.(The staff was very good) Breakfast was bad!! much better to go outside and have a good one.

The reception staff was nice and helpful. The room was big, comfortable and very nice and clean.

As double bed was two single beds together, the gap in the middle wasn't comfortable for a couple sleeping comfort, as well as one of the mattress was so hard and the other one was way softer. It would be nicer and more relaxing sleep to have softer mattresses if not possible to have a double/king size bed but two single beds put together won't do the comfort. On the first night of arrival we weren't told there is an option of room service.

Upgrade on facilities in the rooms, the room and the bathroom was nice, noise cancellation from others next to us. The service was exceptional and the personnel very nice. We had a nice experience and had a tasty breakfast. There was no issue entering the hotel late in night.

Very impersonal hotel, no character, also being renovated so fully covered in scaffolding outside. Didn't see many staff, one lady on reception at all times, she could use a hand to increase service at peak times

Friendly stuff, smooth check-in, aircon in the room (much needed when its +35 outside!), tidy and new bathroom, decent breakfast. We've had everything for the much needed rest!
