The staff is absolutely amazing they really go above and beyond and made our stay really great. Superb place to stay in Syracusa, is close to the center, and very convenient for parking. Definetly will be staying here again.

The rooms should be renovated , they are outdated and the beds is not the most comfortable.

The room was spacious. The wifi was excellent, and the Air condition was working good. Softdrinks and water in the minibar is free! The staff was nice and serviceminded. Very good breakfast . The hotel is central, walking distance to city center and the station.

The breakfast is very limited in choice and there was no vegetables at all (nevertheless the quality of the breakfast is high). Hotel parking costs 10 EUR - we did not use it and were looking only for a free (or cheaper) public parking around the hotel - sometimes not easy!

The location in the city center is very good. High ceilings and nice décor in common areas are making the impression of real palace. The room we got was quite large. Bed was spacious enough and comfy. We also had air conditioner with the possibility to control it. The staff, including personnel responsible for breakfast, is very nice. Breakfast choice was moderate but one will not go hungry after it. :-) There is very nice and cozy inner yard adjacent to the breakfast and reception area. Definitely recommend it for stay in Catania! Stayed in July 2022.

We have been going to this hotel for the past 5 years and noticed that no upgrades have been made. The hotel needs a refurbishment to keep up with its previous standard.

The hotel is close to the city historic centre and also to the train station which is roughly 12 minutes by walk. The cleanliness and the friendly staff. We also had a lovely terrace with our room.

The location was not ideal and the streets were very dirty. The shower setup was very odd and I would always have to clean after.

The location, while reasonably close (15 min walk) to the city square, is in a somewhat dodgy-looking area. There are worse areas in Catania, however, and the city itself is somewhat dodgy to begin with, so that is not really the hotel's fault.

Rooms are adequately-sized, clean and air-conditioned (although lacking a kettle amd ironing facilities). Free bottled water is provided in the room mini-bar. The en suite bathroom serves its purpose and is clean, albeit with limited storage space for your toiletries. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant also serves a tasty lunch and dinner, which one can enjoy in the nice hotel courtyard, al fresco. Staff are professional and helpful. On-site underground parking is on a first come first served basis, and is of the valet type (your car keys have to be left at the reception as presumably staff might need to move your car to allow another car out). We were lucky and always found on-site parking available, but places are quite limited.

Room may need some renovation, the sealing and walls need so repair since paint is coming off in some places.

It was obvious that they were shorthanded a few times but that was never the fault of the staff in attendance. Wish they had served Granita & brioche for breakfast as is the typical Sicilien breakfast during hot weather 😀
