the only thing was that the internet didn’t always work, but nothing else

We really liked the location, it’s a spacious room for two on the ground floor of the house: a large comfortable bed, inside a bathroom and toilet with towels and accessories, there is space for a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a TV, separate access to the garden, a good place to relax. We had breakfast included, it was varied and rich) I would also like to mention the hostess, Sarah, she was so friendly, kind, and attentive) I will definitely come back again!!!

Everything was amazing

We liked everything in this cozy authentic house. Sarah and her family are surprisingly kind and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay in L'Acchiappasogni. Sarah cooked delicious pastries for breakfast every morning, and we were treated to the most delicious cheese, ham, fruits and yogurt. We sincerely wish prosperity to the hotel and its wonderful owners!

The location is a bit far from famous spots. The place was also full of mosquitoes including the room.

Beautiful house nicely tucked in a typical Italian way. A warm welcome from the host’s mum made us feel at home straight away. Sarah, the host, put on a superb breakfast. Very happy with the stay.

There was no air conditioning only a fan, although for the price this was understandable.

The room was large and comfortable and there was a lovely terrace we sat in in the evening. The breakfast spread was amazing and Sarah was really friendly and helpful

Only downside is no air conditioning in the room, but the weather was exceptionally hot when we were visiting.

Very nice house with private parking. Our room was very big and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts are very nice people, everything was well explained to us. Breakfasts were very good and diverse.

There were a lot of bugs in the room and it was hard to seal everything up to keep them out, so we ended up getting bitten quite a bit.

Sarah was very friendly, and the room was a good size as was the bathroom. The breakfast was good, and it was easy to come and go, and there was a bus stop near the house which was useful for travelling into the city centre.

Host was great, really really helpful. Beautiful surroundings, lovely terrace garden, and reasonable breakfast too. Ask the host to book you a reliable taxi.

Sara was a very friendly and accommodating host. Breakfast had variety of different food options, and location was only 30 min walk from city centre. Overall very happy with the place and would definitely stay there again.

Huge room and bathroom. The breakfast was available every day in the mornings and was a very good way to start the day without having to worry where to get something to eat early. The staff was always super friendly and definitely we will come back next time we're in Florence.

Everything was perfect.

I really felt like home, everything was perfect. Big, very clean room and huge bathroom. I stayed in Azzurro room, and all the details, even the smallest one are in blue :-) The breakfast was insane, sweet (warm cornetti, self made cakes - delicious, pancakes, flakes, etc.), and salty (prosciutto, eggs, cheese, tosts, etc.), coffe, juices, friuts ... And Sarah is amazing host, very helful, kind, and she really cares about her guests. The truth is, I want to come back there right now :-)
