The room was clean and comfortable. Room size was quite big too. Staff speaks good English and friendly. Free parking for hotel guests. Location is quite near to the airport too.

The gym is well equipped. A good hearty breakfast buffet with a panoramic view. Car park is convenient, easy to access and ample car park lots. Free shuttle to airport is a nice gesture.

Despite being in the city, the view from the 11th floor offered a pleasant glimpse of the airport in the distance. The room, though minimalist, provided a cozy environment conducive to a good night's rest. Situated conveniently in the heart of town, there were fewer choices of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The hotel's proximity to the airport rental car company was our primary reason for selecting it.

The airport shuttle service needs to be improved and there should be pre-booking to avoid guest rush at 9am.

The bathroom shower didn’t have a full closure and water would splash out. The elevators were slow operating with only 3 elevators to serve 30+ floors. It would be packed during busy times and waiting took awhile

Location was superb, near to cafe, restaurants and even pharmacy which we found a need to visit. Duvet was extremely warm which is good in cold weather. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location close to Yeongdong shopping area and walking street of wide array of eateries. Free and safe underground parking. Duty free shopping arcade on podium levels. Express check-out for fully paid stay - just drop off key cards and walk off/drive away in the morning.

It is not near tourist sites but i think no hotel in Jeju is? So you have to take a taxi to go to places. Or maybe we just did not know how to take the buses. There is a 7 11 and Paris Baguette close by.

I liked the size and layout of the room. There were individual spaces for each of us.

I had a room with pre-paid enter to the pool and sauna, but it was closed at 7 p.m. when I checked in at 6 p.m, there was no sense in it at all. but I came to try facilities - the sauna was quite cold and there were too much noise at the pool because of children. so I didn't enjoy that at all. I wish I met more friendly staff at hotels like Lotte.

clean, city view, Davines-care in room, European breakfast (you need to pay extra ~30$) with a very good variety and quality of products. the location is nice if you need shops (Lotte duty free is next to the hotel). some guided tours start from Lotte parking area and it's really close to the airport (10 minutes bus ride from the stop that is close to Lotte hotel). but if you want to see the nature, you'd better locate at the opposite part of Jeju.

Maybe can provide plastic covers for the rubbish bins in room and toilet.

Location of hotel was really good! Nearby to airport limousine 600 bus stop, and very near to a bus station with many bus services tt brought us to different parts of the city and beyond. It was also close to shopping streets and alot of restaurants/cafes. We visited over the Lunar New year period, but most of the stores in the shopping streets nearby were operating, thankfully. Staff were pleasant, and the housekeeping staff was a very nice lady who kept our room tidied up so well everyday (Thankiu!) 💟💟 They also have their own free airport shuttle, which is super convenient for us on our last day. Overall very happy with our stay here!

The parking lot is good. Location is near airport and rental car store. The sea view room is wonderful.
