I think the hotel could improve upon their dinners. Maybe a more varied menu.

I loved the grounds. It reminded me of Hawaii. It was lush and inviting with many comfortable outdoor seating areas. The pool was wonderful as was a play area for small children. The breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable.

I'd say that the location is a bit far away from the beaches but they offer bicycles service at the hotel.

The room was a little to small for 3 people but the beds were very comfortable.

The property was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was excellent. The garden was very green at the beginning of August to our pleasant surprise.

WIFi was slow and unstable, Mosquitoes at the pool.

Small and nice hotel, no crowd at the pool. Free bicycles for all stay. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The room is a bit small (big bathroom) and ours didn't have a balcony, but we didn't stay inside much, as outside was so welcoming, including the terrace.

Everything was great and above expectations, particularly the owners and the staff, always willing to give advice and going above and beyond to fulfill guests specific needs (i.e. specific requests at breakfast). Garden and big pool are great, perfect for kids/families. Location is quiet, but also easy to reach the beach etc. Free bikes are offered to guests to get around - no need for car! Free parking. Everything very clean.

The room did not have a balcony, but except for that nothing to complain. The breakfast/diner room inside was not cosy, outside looked better. But that's just a personal taste.

We just stayed in this hotel for 1 night, but everything was fine. Pool, garden were nice as well as the staff who were also very helpful. Breakfast was not buffet, but you could choose your own. The choice they gave you was more than enough.

Varied breakfast 8-10, with a lot of choice: different coffee, tea, milk, bread/toast, eggs, yoghurt etc. Big terrace for the breakfast or enjoy later doing something else. Arrived by train and it was very helpful to use the hotel bikes to go to the center or other far away places. A good walk to the supermarket (ca. 20 minutes) and restaurants. Good internet connection.

Staff were so helpful, amazingly refreshing pool and free bikes to cycle around the area which is needed. They even remembered our individual coffee orders each morning :)

Lovely family owned hotel, quiet and peaceful even in the middle of August. They offer a decent breakfast and you can also add a good lunch or dinner. The staff was amazing with us and our little daughter. I highly recommend it

as we checked in, nothing was explained. Neither at what time the vreakfast starts or where the breakfast is located. Also nothing else was explained, we did not know that we can rent a biciycle at the hotel. In my opinion is it very rude to „welcome“ guests like that

Although the rooms were a little small, I would still return, but know to rent 2 rooms for our family.

Hotel La Bussola is in a great location and the host(s) are so helpful and friendly. They accommodate all of your needs and always help answer questions. The breakfast was perfect each day and dinner was very good as well. The pool is a great place to relax for an afternoon. We enjoyed taking the bikes to the beach club and spending the day at the beach club. We also brough our own (rented) road bikes and we had no problems keeping them secured while we were there. I would definitely come back to this location, as it is nestled perfectly between the beach and the mountains. The grounds are very well maintained.

Everthing was perfect. The only thing is (we requested so) the rooms with balcony is a little bit small for a family with four members.

Ok, it is not 5 star but who need it? Very friendly staff, youu feel like a member of their family, a very clean pool, a perfect breakfast in corona times, table tennis, table football are really funny. Quiet in a toscany forest. Finally, a wonderful kitchen, do not search any restaurants, the hotel is the best…

Very little information given when you arrive. Everything going from wifi password, to breakfast timing, menu for the evening (and what time it was served), how to borrow their bikes, how to rent chairs on the beach, where to find that beach club (the hotel is partnered with one as the hotel isn’t at the beach) is to be figured out by yourself. The rooms can use some renovation, and staff levels of English aren’t on par which makes it difficult to communicate sometimes. All in all an okay hotel but I would expect a bit of a lower price.

The garden is very lovely, lots of place to chill. The breakfast is very extensive and can be consumed outside in the garden, perfect way to start your day.
