The location of key pick up and the apartment is too far from each other especially when you are with a lot of baggage and kids. It was not very comfortable to go with all the stuff 10 minutes through the city center. I would prefer to take near the apartment and provide the exact apartment location on the booking.com The old furniture was fancy but half of it was unusable or broken. The dishes and cups were not crystal clear and the coffeemaker was very dirty

The third bed provided was OK for a child but a bit small for an adult. Also placement right by bathroom entrance. If we had wanted to cook facilities not great ie lack of glasses plates etc. No air con which was fine for me as I don't like it but other people may find this zn issue.

Good location, quite large easy to get in and out independently. Efficient staff. Clean.

The parking slot is complicated to handle, even the checkin from 15:30 only, - not the best option…it’s a bit weird If you have the parking included and thé Apartment is not directly at the réception of Checkin…. But thé Rest is Fine, Friendly réception!!! Apartment nice and typical italian Style.

Cooking facilities were basic with poor selection of pots pans crockery. No aircon but fans were provided however one was broken so couldn’t use, we drew lots to see who got the good one! Towels should be renewed.

Some parts were not thought through. A towel for dishes and no dish soap and sponge would be a great addition. Broken bin in the bathroom.

The place was quiet, the location was good - close to both parts of the city - old town up the hill and not far from the station. It had all the kitchen supplies, every person had their towels. It was good that we were able to leave our bags for the day in the locker while we were exploring the city. Overall spacious for 3-4 people.

For the price of the room, breakfast and parking should not be charged extra. The breakfasts were not replenished. First come first served. Very poor internet. For this price, there should also be a bottle of water in the room. Check-in only until 22:00

Very warm and friendly welcome from La Castellana. Property in an excellent postion for both Bergamo Alto and Basso in a wonderful period property. The painted wooden ceilings were great. Excellent and comprehensive information from our host and really good recommendations for non-touristy places to eat.

airco would be a plus with the Italian weather. There were ventilators, but ours was broken and only pointed downwards. Windowshutters helped to keep out the sun during the day.

central location, 1 street from the old center and one street in the other direction towards some nice bars and restaurants that were much less expensive than in the old center. Cosy, authentic atmosphere.

The apartment was ridiculously hot at the latter part of the July when we stayed there. There was no ac (yes this was my fault for not checking it prior to the booking) and when I asked from Mirena she couldn't provide us with additional fans. When I contacted the hotel through the Booking.com app I got no response whatsoever for my inquiry about additional fans. This is not great service in my books, even if it would have been impossible to have more fans I would still have hoped for an answer instead of ghosting. The beds were dreadful and had some unnecessary frames which were loose and produces loads of noise when they moved, which happened basically every time one of us changed position. Due to apartment being hot these position changes were frequent throughout the night. I hope the neighbors were not bothered by it. The last thing was that our apartment was right next to a four lane road, and based on the sounds it was used for street racing. Since we had to keep every window and balcony door open, we enjoyed immensely of the sounds of hard accelerations, revving engines and occasional car horns when we were tossing and turning in our beds while not being able to sleep because of the heat.

Nice and spacious apartment for two adults and two teenagers in a great location. Awesome service from Mirena during our stay. The WIFI had some hiccups but worked decently enough for uploading pics and vids to cloud and having some video calls.

The beds are not long enough for tall people. The twin beds are better for teenagers but still was possible to sleep.

The location is exellent - right between Citta Alta and Citta Bassa. I was in love with the ferniture used in the apartment - it gave true feeling of a traditional italian home. Wooden ceilings were also extreamly charming. There was no aircondition but the it was not too hot inside despite hot whether oustide. Shower was big and very comfortable, as well as the sink in the bathroom. Kitchen had basic equipment, enough place to prepare and eat a meal. We really enjoyed our stay there and we can highly recomend.

Tell the truth , the staying was fine ! But the checking in was terrible ! The process of checking in was risk and dangerious ! The owner asked me to confirm the accurate arriving time one day before ! One day before! We were travelling, Only I got the train ticket to Bergamo,then I could confirm the accurate arriving time one day before, but I made promise to arrive before 22:00! And I made promise to note the accuraty arriving time as soon as I got the train ticket. And the most important that I got the train ticket to Bergamo about 18:45 April 27th, then I contacted the owner immediatelly and noted " I will arrive Bergamo raily station 19: 53, then I hope check in about 20:30" , everything was reasonable ! It was a fair play ! But the owner answered that impossible to check in after 19:00! It was terrible! I called the owner many times in a very polite way. it was the first time for me to meet this situation ! We are kind and good men ! We always hope fair play and kind ! And I already made 100% payment in advance already ! we did not make any mistake! But the owner's requirement for taveller to confirm accurate arriving time one day before is not reasonable, It was not fairplay! We are travelling, we do not stay in office! As we know that there is always some trouble for traffic delay ! And I already made promise to check in before 22:00! 100% before 22:00! Finally her staff help us to check in 20:30 April 27th, otherwise it was a great trouble for us April 27th! I hope the owner check what she did on April 27th! I also hope all travellers make comment, we just need fair play and kindness, we do not need trouble in travelling. I think that all travellers also need fairplay, Thanks a lot! Good luck for us all! We arranged everything clear when we checked out , there are pictures

Kitchen provided but no dishwasher detergent or sponge. No hot water- fortunately it was hot and we made do with cold showers. Only one fan despite the heat. Only soap provided, no shampoo.

The staff were super nice and we were able to leave our bags after checkout before our night flight . Apartment furnished well with 2 bedrooms and comfortable beds.

Old room, old sheets everything just give a feeling its was her grandmother house teo days ago. No wifi, after we checked why there was no wifi we saw she forgot to pay to renew the wifi. A lot of walk from where you get the key to the appartment. Creepy appartment, feels relly hunted, dim lights, thin walls and floor a lot of noises at night.

There was nothing good, the most unpleasent place I have ever slept in.
