Breakfast was a bit wanting, but I fear it’s normal for italian standards. Niccolo organized lactose free milk especially for my children.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow

The location. The breakfast terrace was a great place to start the day. The owner told us that we would think the bed was the comfiest we had ever slept in. He was not wrong. He was really helpful in suggesting where we could have dinner.

getting into Milan is a little tricky. the route is confusing and you have to park at the train and then take train into city. that is not the fault of the property though.

the staff was so very nice, accommodating and helpful. beds were very comfortable. breakfast was fantastic- best croissants I've ever eaten. it's nestled in a cute little town with a good restaurant walking distance.

Not easy to find when you're driving a car and keeping an eye on the road.

Stylish, comfortable and quiet at night. Conveniently located close to long walking/biking trail along the canal and away from traffic. There's a good (fairly new) restaurant just around the corner.

A lovely gem of a B&B hidden away in Boffalora near Milan with views across the canal, whose clear waters run through the centre of the town, and private parking for our car. A really friendly welcome from the owner and his father on arriving, clean modern rooms and breakfast on a covered level above the small private garden and the canal. We would not hesitate to stay here again and have even recommended it to some friends whose family live in Milan.

we loved it! Niccolò is such a nice host and everything was prepared so lovely. our flight was delayed so he waited for us, best host ever! nice room and great shower, breakfast was also served at a nice Terrasse. overall we were 100% happy!!

We booked this room as a one night stopover and didn’t want to leave, we wish we had longer to explore the area The room was really spacious and very well equipped. Nicccolò and his dad were fantastic hosts, very welcoming. The breakfast was exactly to our liking with plenty of choice.

We loved how we were welcomed really nicely. Arrived at a night, but host recommended a place close to the hotel to eat which was still open. The place turned out to be awesome. 10/10 costumer service

Can't complain about anything.

We especially enjoyed meeting the owner (Niccolo and Jasmine). They spoke fantastic English and were very friendly and helpful in all aspects of our stay. We had previously stayed there in June 2019 so coming back this June was a no brainer. The breakfast buffet was nicely presented with plenty of options. The room was very clean and well layed out with a comfortable bed. The property is gated and plenty room for parking your car. We recommend them very highly to other future travelers to the region.

I think the thing we liked the most was that it feels like a real Italian experience! Niccolo met us at the gate and ushered us into the court and abut the gate behind us. if he wasn’t there we never would have found it! Theres a small lift so you can get your luggage upstairs or you can take a very old stairway that goes past some peoples apartment that’s so stereotypical Italy it thrilled us! We arrived on a Saturday and the whole area was alive - there was a musical concert right across the street at the church in their courtyard and down the street fthe canal a live band playing that our daughters enjoyed dancing to. we got a large pizza for like &7 just a few steps to the right out the gate. (da reggie) The breakfast was mostly carbs / sugar which I think is pretty typical in Europe but not great if you are looking for protein and vegetables. funny thing is they are all fit and thin! so maybe the Italians know something Americans don’t! I should mention there is a church right across the street with a bell tower that rings loudly often so crank up your white noise app!
