We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IsraelI really recommend to stay on the see view rooms with the balcony. in my opinion to stay in this hotel not on the seaside is a different experience. the mattress in the rooms could be a little better.
Great family owned Italian hotel, we really enjoyed the stay, in my opinion its on a perfect location in the island. 20 minutes from Portoferraio, which is the big city of the island and were all the good restaurants are. and also half hour drive from Rio n'elba which is a nice village and a classic spot for an afternoon negroni. and also its 7 minutes walk from bagnaia beach which is also quite nice and have nice places to drink beer and chill on the beach. seaside room has exquisite view and a perfect balcony to have a glass of wine and unwind after a hard day of chilling on the beach (:

United StatesI really don’t have much to complain about regarding the place. It is not a place of luxury but it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Truly I don’t have any complaints. It made our vacation affordable and comfortable.
La Feluca was a great place to stay in. The best part of the hotel was the location and that lots of free parking is available to guest. The hotel is very clean and every morning you will be very happy to go get complimentary breaks fast (only thing that isn’t great is that it’s only available from 8-9:30 am. The staff was super accommodating and always available for help. The beach is a short walk away and very close to little restaurants to get a bite to eat.
